i have a friend that works at boeing auburn, wa.
they hired a mother and son who coudnt even speak english, they had a translator during interview.
plus she works with a person that has neither a high school diploma nor a g.e.d.
boeing is to busy focused on diversity rather than quality.

Except your victimhood complex is wrong, it's about cheap labor. Cheap white labor is just as appealing, nothing to do with diversity.
