    Walking 30 mins is the most easy one to implement which could bring so much change. Nowadays Whenever i feel shit,i just walk and get fh air

      I completely agree with you, I never understood the power of walks until I started doing it.
      After walk feeling is the best, It completely changes my mood and gives me energy.
