I lived in the Fourways and Dainfern areas for 15 years, regular water outages were a problem indeed 😢. It's a matter of poor balance of property development vs infrastructure development. That area is developing in a super high speed, getting super congested. All along William Nicol, from the beginning of Bryansyon all the way to the end of Dainfern, beginning of Kyalami.

I got one word for ya'll - PRETORIA. Millenials mostly buy in modern Estates or Complexes where the management of the Estate will sit on the municipality's neck until the problem (Water/Electrical Outage) is resolved. Investing in a stand-alone house or house in the older suburbs is a huge gamble. And these Estate Agents be Cappin, watch out for that...🧢🧢🧢
@@mazibukomail When I said old Suburbs, I was referring to places such as Bezuidenhout Valley, Rosettenville, Kempton Park, etc. I was just sounding an alarm that older Joburg suburbs are a gamble.
