You should Build on boxes (like most do) so you can lower it to weld the top & not chop the floor.

i just filled all the tubes with acetylene and oxigen and welded the whole thing in one bang. but iguess your method works too

How do you weld the backside of the door bars and the strut tower tubes? Pull the cage legs in to gain access?

DAMN I AM SO SLOW we cut the roofs off lots of DIRT CARs back in the 60 70s and then BOOM I COME HERE
