Wow - some next-level greenwashing. Flying is the single highest carbon activity any individual could engage in. No amount of recycling will change that.

Lufthansa staff on flights to/from Japan, especially the staff in charge of economy class, often speak badly about Japanese passengers in German because they cannot understand them. I speak German, so every time I hear them, it's very unpleasant. I want you to do a thorough investigation once.

Okay but what good is it to further recycle plastic when you're not actually replacing it with long lasting solutions, because it's not profitable enough? You know that the airplane emissions are one of the smallest percentage of CO2 emissions around the globe, you need to apply those solutions you are talking about to the rest of the CO2 emitters. Planting bamboo won't be enough and it won't matter if we keep feeding the industry bullshit ideas. So I respect your work but the world needs more of it everywhere. There should be more people concerned with this. I'm not even talking about planes I'm talking about everything else. We need to revolutionize our industry and renovate it fast.

    • @enjoyer6201

      It’s all bullshit, dude.
All of it. I am old enough to remember when they used to warn us about the LACK of C02 killing us all. Then too much. They sold us global cooling, and running out of fresh water, then years later acid rain was going to wipe out 40% of our crops, then another 10 scams with “we have ten years to fix this or we’ll all die!!!!!” then Y2K was going to cause massive worldwide blackouts and shutdowns and chaos and on and on and on. Then in the last 20 years some of those have repeated and now we’re back to too much C02.
Whenever the solution involves lots of government money going to “crucial research” you know it’s a lie.
Billions are spent every year fighting “climate change” which means billions controlled by the people who are selling you on climate change.
It’s literally the exact same scam in different forms repeated over and over again for at least the last 50 years.

First time traveling with Lufthansa and the last one! Terrible company, first the fight was delayed, for a lot, and with no explanation why. Than when I arrived in my destination, Prague, my luggage is MISSING, the tracking website is a joke and no one answer the phone. I m wasting my vacation, without Clothes for the weather! It was freezing when I arrive and all my winter clothes are missing!!!!
So? Will the company stand up for its mistakes and pay me back for the boots and clothes that o had to buy?

Aviation tourism will cease to exist by 2030. Anyone who has the money and wants to travel for long trips will do so by train or ship after 2030. This is the end of the oil abundance that is needed to keep society as we know it running. But the collapse is already being felt in 2022, but few have the knowledge to perceive it, in 2025 some will wake up, in 2030 anyone will know why the world economic situation is in darkness. It is the end of abundant and cheap energy from hydrocarbons, oil, gas and coal.

Amazing greenwahing gathered in one single video. Reducing drastically flying is the only option given the climate emergency (and you all know it right ?).
NB : Your "efforts" are appreciable but still ridiculous given the fuel consumption.

What about reducing the number of your flights, and investing in green, sustainable transportation like rail. It's the most efficient way to reduce the CO2 emissions, isn't it!? Now, it's just greenwashing.

I specifically found Lufthansa channel to say you guys are terrible. A few weeks ago, I flew Lufthansa and it was the worst experience ever. Last minute rebooking and simply sending an email letting your costumer know that he is going to miss an important event he was planning for months ago. Rebooking on another low budget airline which refuses to even give water to the passengers named Condor! How low you can stoop Lufthansa?! Oh, actually lower than that! You can even steal money by charging extra for isle seats and then forcing your costumer to sit next to the window although he has serious claustrophobia issues. Shame on you is all I can say.

@@MiLm04 sorry but people fly too much! I've worked in the airline industry for many years but when you look at the statics, meat (esp. beef) and flights are the most contribution to poisoning our planet. Do some research, you'll see.

    • @TomNoer
      @TomNoer Год назад

@@MiLm04 If there is one airline that I 100% think deserves to go bankrupt it is Lufthansa. The way they treat their customers is absolutely horrible, like the way they intentionally overbook flights in a perverse profit-maximizing gamble where the customers travel-plans are the stakes.
I got to experience myself how the lowlife cowards of Lufthansa claim towards some customers like me who booked early at a sensible price that a flight was cancelled, trying to make me agree to some absolutely insane change of my flight plan, only to find out that the flight that they tried to make appear as cancelled actually both departed on time and arrived on time at the destination.
It was rather obvious that Lufthansa was doing the trick of overbooking a flight on purpose by keep on selling ever more expensive tickets on a flight that was already fully booked, and then like cowards that they are send out the infamous "Please confirm: changes to your itinerary" email to the folks who had booked early while pushing all the late "overbookies" with the expensive tickets to the front of the line.
Lufthansa is not trustworthy, neither when it comes to any claims of commitment to their customers, nor to any of their #greenwashing or for that matter #pinkwashing marketing stunts.
Lufthansa should get their basics straight first before anything else.
I for one might actually pop a bottle of fine German Seks (sparkling wine) if Lufthansa was to close shop in the near future. I for one will not miss Lufthansa as they are incompetent, bureaucratic, technically deficient and dishonest in every way.
