You guys are amazing, at 69 years of age I think your videos our outstanding, please don't dwell on the comments of people who don't know their blank from a hole in the ground. Most of the time these people wouldn't know a real thing if it was right in front of them. Keep up the good work much love and God bless all of you wonderful people
Last thing I worried about and still didnt apply any while attending both of my daughter's births too. I used to never leave the house without it and every hair in place. How freeing it was when I reached the point that it didn't matter anymore. The older I got... the more my outlook changed. It's nice to get dressed up and do makeup for special things but how freeing it is to not have to do that every single day because I feared what people would say about me as myself. I felt so ugly without it and actually hid behind it. I've since realized what other people think doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Blessings to you both! ❤ I lost 3 of my 5 pregnancies. I miss them everyday. Grandmother of 4 (2 in Heaven) ❤
@TheUnderCoverMother2020 I lost 2 of my fourth pregnancy, and one of my babies passed away when she was three weeks old. I only have a miracle girl.🤷🏻♀️
You wear that make up honey! And you look lovely. If wearing it to bed makes you feel good about yourself, then do it. I think you are adorable and have such a beautiful family. Thank you for sharing your story. My goodness back when I was having babies, a woman would never in a million years video it for anyone. Let alone a husband let her. Times have changed. We were modest in a different way back then. But you can be sure I had my makeup on, and my hair looking nice not just for myself, but my hubby too! ❤😂 God bless your sweet babies.
As a 20-year-old mother to a 10-month-old it makes me sob every time I see your older sons come in and see your baby girl and I hope I can have that one day with my son❤️❤️what a Beautiful moment to capture on camera and have forever treasure that moment
Thanks for sharing! I’m doing my first home birth ever (this is our 8th baby though) sometime in the end of July/early August and your story gives me confidence that my husband and I can handle the birth even if my midwife doesn’t make it in time.
@@rjkendthefed9557 my husband delivered the baby because she came out 49 minutes after the first contraction! My midwife arrived 20 min later. It was insane! But everything was great.
@@ambercasey6169 That is amazing!!! My 5th baby (first homebirth) was like that! I went from "dead asleep" to "baby girl in arms" in 42 minutes! Hubby caught the baby and midwife came 15 minutes later. It was Intense, crazy but so awesome. She turns 10 on Saturday.
People are crazy!! I worked in the NICU for 30 years lots of babies are delivered while on the toilet and I sleep in my makeup a lot of times too. Congratulations you have a beautiful family!!
Love love love you guys & your beautiful family. I was so excited to get your birth announcement & had told many friends & family that this lovely family were having another miracle baby.. When you posted that gender reveal, well I admit I shed tears for you & couldn’t wait to tell everyone that you now have your first daughter 💗. Thank you for sharing your family & life journey with us all, sending love to each & everyone of you, your ‘friend, Annie😘❤️😘❤️😘
I put on makeup while in last with my last babe, and I’m thankful for it. 😅 Pregnant now with my fourth-thanks for sharing such a cute story. I hope my babe comes that fast!!
This is so funny and so amazing all at once. And her brothers reaction when he met her is priceless! That’s amazing that you have that on video and his smile is just everything. Congratulations! She is going to be so well protected and loved.
Loved watching your birth video with little Mila, made me so excited for my birth with my second bub in Feb which coincidentally turned out very similar to yours! Went for midwife check earlier in the day, got the stretch and sweep, had some tightenings in the evening, went to bed, had some contractions in bed then jumped out of bed, vomited from being in transition, which I had no idea I was that far along, went down to the toilet to go no. 2s 😂 ended up pushing out a baby. No time for the birth pool or midwife. Husband caught him. My second boy 💕
Oh mama! You’re amazing and dad is the best assistant! What a team! And mama I have two boys and my deliveries were both done in make up and a fresh hair do! lol😂😂😂😂 so yeah, it happens a lot! Love y’all to LIFE!!!❤❤❤
I know 2 other people who had there babies on the toilet, matter of fact my water broke right after I went pee, I was not having ANY contractions at all. It was my first I was actually in labor for 32 hours but for people who say you can't have a baby on the toilet , that's so false bc it really does feel like you have to poop ... That's exactly what it feels like when baby's head pushes on that tail bone. But wow all natural at home. We're all your babies natural and at home???
Ariel, postpartum blessed you with a beautiful glow 😍 I truly mean it with all my heart & pray your mental health is on point to match how you look. ♥️🖤 God bless you 💕 You are an amazing Queen 👑
4:12 yes!!! Oh my goodness I have prodromal labor, started with my 3rd! It got to be so frustrating… I felt like I couldn’t trust my body. I want to home birth desperately this time around, because my third came SO QUICK, 2 hours of labor once I started dilating and he was out in one “pushing” contraction 😮💨 I made so many trips to the hospital since it’s 1 hour away, when my contractions got to 2 minutes apart and intense. Every time after 4 hours in the maternity ward it would stop. Ugh!
I have just come across your channel. What a beautiful family you have. We have 5 sons, the last was born at home. I'm sure if I had carried on having children, they would have all been boys!! I was 39 when my last was born, so figured I was done!!😁 A home full of boys is, loud, chaotic and never, ever boring!! We taught our boys at home on Correspondence School and have always lived in remote places. Our boys grew up hunting and fishing and learning to live off the land. One of the many things I learnt on our journey, is boys can talk the hind leg off a donkey about all their adventures, but trying to get them to write it down for school work, is a whole other story!! Pretty cool you now have a beautiful baby girl, its like the icing on the cake🎂 Keep being as natural as you are. PS we are from Rotorua, New Zealand. 😊💙💙💙💙💙
I have 9. My 7th was a 45 min start to finish unassisted labor. The midwife arrived about half an hour after baby lol. Baby was born en caul. My favorite birth! My largest was my 8th, at 11 lbs, also a homebirth. My 4th was my next largest at 9lb12oz. My girls were 7 1/2 - 8 1/4lbs and my boys were 8 1/2 - 11 lbs. Labors were 45 mins to several hours, except for my first and that was 6 1/2 hrs.
Hun you really impressed me with the whole process and 9lb. Good Lord both my babies were premature and I thought I was having a baby elephant , ya’ll are pro’s at this and you looked good while do it! 💐🌻
Beautiful story😍😍. I like how both parents were involved in everything. Please share how you get time to make Instagram reels and photoshoots and who does them
I've had 6 babies, my first labour was only 9hrs and my 2en 3rd and 4th labour and delivery were in between 6 to 8 hrs, my 5th son that passed away was only 53 minutes, ( I had him at 24wks exactly) my 6th ended up in a emergency c-section due to her not being head down, I had her at 26wks 3days, so my labour and delivery were pretty easy, lol
Hi Ariel & Michael….LOVE this video. Such an amazing fast & quick delivery! Mila was a big baby & wanted to ask Ariel, “did you tear at all while delivering Mila?”
Saving this to watch when I have some time. Our 6th baby just turned a year and had my 5th beautiful out of hospital birth with her. The midwife walked in 2 minutes before she was born! 😅
My 3rd baby my first girl came really fast my water broke around 3:30 am and I was in full labor. I had to walk down a set of 23 stairs steps from upstairs to downstairs. I thought I’d never get down the stairs i had no phone and had my son go across the yard to the neighbors & she called the emergency. It was raining We were 20 miles from the hospital, & there was a set of railroad tracks to go over before entering the city oh what a horrible thing to endure going over very bumpy railroad tracks in full labor. Because we were in a country town! About halfway to the hospital the paramedics thought I was not going to make it to the hospital & the young guy maybe 18 or 20 years old looked petrified like he was afraid he’d have to deliver a baby, he was holding my hand. The contractions were coming a minute & 1/2 aprt. When we had gotten to the hospital it was snowing they threw the blanket over my face to keep the snow out of my face. They did bot have enough time to put an IV in my hand. She was born at 4:56 Am
“I thought she was a boy because she looked exactly like our other boys”… she still does look just like her brothers five months later 😂. Her and her youngest brother could be twins.
Love your family! I just had my fourth 2 months ago on April 30th and we had a a stomach virus and I caught it on April 22nd. It caused me to go into early labor because I was due May 9th. I went to the hospital and they gave me fluids and told me I was dilated 2cm and 50% effaced. They were getting everything ready for me to have my baby. The fluids was able to stop labor but I had contractions on and off that only felt like tightening for a week. On April 29th at 10:30pm my mucus plug came out but I went to bed. At 2:30am I was woke up by a hard contraction. I called the hospital because I was having a little bit of bleeding and my contractions were 5 minutes apart. Went to the hospital at 3:30am and we only live 5 minutes from the hospital. They didn’t think I was in labor so they made sure my water didn’t break (it didn’t) and hooked me up to the monitor in triage. They also checked me and I was 4cm dialed and 90% effaced. About 5am I threw up and started having harder contractions 2-3 minutes apart. They finally put me in a room around 5:30am and my water broke at 6:20 and she was born at 7:58am. Fastest delivery we had. I wanted to have a unmedicated birth this time but it came on so fast and hurt that I got my epidural right before my water broke and it gave me some relief because I was thinking it would still be a while before she was born when I was ready to push I could feel the contractions again which in a weird way made me happy because after I was hooked up to the epidural I was kinda disappointed in myself. I admire you having home-births!
