    More excellent, perceptive advice. I found myself doing this and it's been the Devil's own job getting back to standing full height and bending correctly at the hips. Worth it, though - makes a world of difference and has enabled me to get the height back into my swing plane.

    Lower back pain will cause more knee bend, takes pressure off your lower back

    why can't I bend my knees at the start, keeping my butt back thru rotation and impact.......thanks
