Such a shame this series was never given anymore seasons. The characterization of the villains and Spider-Man are fantastic. Even the quips are on point. And the relationship with Black Cat and it’s strain never being resolved is just maddening. Oh well, we got a great Spider-Man series so Im honestly just happy just that it exists.
I always wondered if Walter had a hunch of Spider-Man’s identity, or at least assumed that the hero was close to Ben Parker. Even with him wanting to atone he seemed especially resigned to Peter’s hostile attitude.
3:15-3:20 Reference to Spider Man when Peter sees that the man who he thought killed Uncle Ben was actually the same guy who he helped escape robbing the wrestling promoter.
I understand that Black Cat is angry at how Spider-Man is the reason her father will rot in jail forever, but it was his choice. He said it himself “I made a horrible mistake the night I ended Ben Parker’s life.” So when he was tossed in jail, he was remorseful for his actions, so Cat said all that out of emotions
