I haven't finished this series yet (not even close actually) but I would like to thank you Bailey for doing this because Juan Soto is my favorite non-astros player and I can now refer to him as "Astros legend Juan Soto"
The Padres the entire save didn't make the playoffs, sign a free agent, make a blockbuster save. All they've done is ruin the potential of Keston Huira, and Yasmani Grandal while wasting the talent of Alex Bregman.
2:44:23 Bobby Wahl was my middle school baseball coach 2010 - His senior year won the Virginia 6A title - Bobby was the man so cool seeing him in this, I did a double take when I heard his name.
thank u for this mini series! 2012 (maybe a little before) was about when I was rlly getting into baseball and this helped me remember a lot abt the players and moments that made me love the game so much
the absolute madness of having the top two in the AL MVP race (no spoilers) finishing level on points and the tiebreaker going to who won the most first place votes. crazy race there.
He sure has. Bailey didn't get around to the Career RBI leaderboards, but there was Albert Pujols, beating Hammerin' Hank by a convincing margin, and probably still going to play a year or two more to potentially add to that total.
Yeah. The sad part of this is that, just like the real life timeline, he was always outshined by Clayton Kershaw. It hurts to be an outstanding pitcher who pitches in the same league and same era as Prime Kershaw.
@@GaIeforce He wouldn't even be 30 yet and 2016 was his first year back from TJ. No doubt in my mind he would have taken his game to the next level in 2017, the development of his changeup was going to be huge an he was already the best strikeout pitcher in the game at the time of his death (12.5 K/9!!!)
Dude these are bomb ass videos to watch while I’m at work. Extremely high quality vids. Also I couldn’t help but notice Garrit Cole is nowhere in this series? Huh?
was in and out of the majors for a few years and was relegated to minor league hell after 2016. had a good 2013 splitting time between starting and the bullpen though
Can you make a super cut of the series to like 2-4 hours? I’m unable to watch all of this because of time, but I’d be able to digest it if it was a bit shorter?
Jason Leblebijan is a career minor leaguer who just can’t make it to the majors, looks like he’s still out on the free agent market and has been since 2018. So he’s probably out of baseball or playing independent ball. Now I learned something new. And did my own research.
Apparently the clones have started a second steroid era, but this time strictly for relievers for some reason. Maybe we'll see most starters go obsolete as every competent deliver has an ERA under 1.
I thoroughly unsurprised that the Os only two successful seasons came in what was basically steroid era #2. Thanks for all this amazing content Mr. Foolish
at least they made a playoff appearance san diego padres did nothing but finish last place in every single season, ruin keston hiura and yasmani grandal, and waste alex bregman's talent.
I had to look up Brandon Downes because he really has come out of nowhere and started bashing in this sim. Selected in the 7th round of the 2014 draft by the Royals (which, by the way, that draft was a total disaster for Miami in real life), he topped out at AA before being out of the league by 2018. Ouch.
I have having trouble with the download for the 2021 file, it downloads as the 2012 file. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues. I would like some help thank you.
Kinda makes me happy Jose Fernandez gets to pitch in the World Series in this timeline, even if he didn't win.
I haven't finished this series yet (not even close actually) but I would like to thank you Bailey for doing this because Juan Soto is my favorite non-astros player and I can now refer to him as "Astros legend Juan Soto"
Truly the best timeline
Dreams come true. Soto to right, tucker to left.
Juan Soto and Zack Greinke on the same team pretty please
Soto was at his best kicking their asses
i still hate him for 2019 ):
The Padres the entire save didn't make the playoffs, sign a free agent, make a blockbuster save. All they've done is ruin the potential of Keston Huira, and Yasmani Grandal while wasting the talent of Alex Bregman.
Yep. Sounds like the San Diego Padres of old, all right.
Turns out they needed AJ Preller after all
Haven't watched this episode yet, but I hope I hope Jason Lebleblebleblebleb wins an MVP before this save is up
Phillies fans: This is a very different universe where they miss the playoffs for like 10 years in a row. Very wild to think about and imagine, I know
"It's especially weird after they signed all the expensive free agents. All of them"
Pain.
Isn't that how they have been in real life too? They haven't made the playoffs in a minute
@@noahlehman746 What a crazy universe the FBAU is... Sooo weird...
Please go away
Are we just going to ignore that fact that the Braves went 44-18 since the all-star break when they were 50-51 and 11.5 games out of first?
Strikingly similar to their real-life 2021 season, no?
In 2020 Bailey called Juan Soto an "Average Hitter" which I found viscerally upsetting
So did Juan Soto, it would seem
2:44:23 Bobby Wahl was my middle school baseball coach 2010 - His senior year won the Virginia 6A title - Bobby was the man so cool seeing him in this, I did a double take when I heard his name.
Over 13 hours of Foolish Bailey and my brain still wants more
thank u for this mini series! 2012 (maybe a little before) was about when I was rlly getting into baseball and this helped me remember a lot abt the players and moments that made me love the game so much
As a Mitch Haniger and Daniel Vogelbach fan this last episode or two made me very happy.
Hey heads up. This needs to be added to your alternate reality playlist. Thanks for the content!
Best video of the series, especially cause I grew up with that red star NL logo, was nice to see it stick around for the whole series
Juan Soto in a Astros uniform makes my eyes bleed.
It just doesn't look correct, does it?
Try a Padres uni😂
True, lifelong Padre
the absolute madness of having the top two in the AL MVP race (no spoilers) finishing level on points and the tiebreaker going to who won the most first place votes. crazy race there.
Pujols saw that he needed like 90 RBIs to break the penalty and decided to go off holy hell.
Also what a great series in general, David Wright for HOF
He sure has. Bailey didn't get around to the Career RBI leaderboards, but there was Albert Pujols, beating Hammerin' Hank by a convincing margin, and probably still going to play a year or two more to potentially add to that total.
Of the perennial playoff teams I don't think I've seen worse luck in real life or in any OOTP than these Tigers
As a Tigers fan all I feel is pain
@@aguywithcommonsense7503 Marlins were painful to watch too. But at least Jose Fernandez got to pitch in the World Series.
@@GaIeforce Yeah I was very happy for you guys was rooting for you the whole time behind the tigers, sucked that both teams choked a lot
Aka the only time we'll see an entire 162 game season play out in 2020.
Jose Fernandez pitching in the World Series and Felix Hernandez a lock HOFer made me tear up a little bit man.
Do the Astros get caught up in a scandal in this universe as well? Does Juan Soto End up as hated as Jose altuve?
Proud to say Ive seen Jason Leblebejian live in Buffalo
Jose Fernandez would have been the GOAT pitcher of this generation man
Yeah. The sad part of this is that, just like the real life timeline, he was always outshined by Clayton Kershaw. It hurts to be an outstanding pitcher who pitches in the same league and same era as Prime Kershaw.

It's a shame marlins ownership is notoriously cheap so he probably wouldn't have had help, even if he did live
Wow I played high school ball with Colton Eastman and never thought I’d see him on these vids

SO to the Orioles fan who mentioned they wrre the only team to not make the playoffs even once prior. At least you made it to the third round.
Seeing that Kyle Hendrix change being a 20 pitch stings
1:03:15 BRUH I straight up am dying laughing, and at the worst joke ever lmfao
The brewers are just glued to the basement of the Central, ouch

The Astros finally figured out how to win at home in the postseason😼
Is there anyway to tell the team records for the entire simulation outside of actually counting it ourselves by pausing each video?
Astros sweeping a AL East team in the ALCS after this past post season is funny
Apparently the clones have started a second steroid era, but this time strictly for relievers for some reason. Maybe we'll see most starters go obsolete as every competent deliver has an ERA under 1.
As a die hard Cub fan in this alternate universe, my disappointment has not changed in both worlds….
This thumb nail has me so hyped.
I thoroughly unsurprised that the Os only two successful seasons came in what was basically steroid era #2. Thanks for all this amazing content Mr. Foolish
The Baltimore Orioles win the Whole Lotta Nothin' award for just kind of existing throughout the save
at least they made a playoff appearance

Brewers fans this entire series: Welp, there's always next year
crazy to think Matt Olson actually plays for the braves now
Goated thumbnail
Astros good as always, no trash cans in this sim!
I have having trouble with the download for the 2021 file, it downloads as the 2012 file. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues. I would like some help thank you.
I think the links might be swapped. Can't confirm for sure though as I am traveling.
It does look like the files are switched, I don't own the game though, is there a way for me to open the files still?
@@FoolishBailey This is indeed the case thank you.
*spoiler warning*
Dodgers didn’t win bc I wasn’t there to hit all those clutch homers :(
This one of the most cursed thumbnails I've ever seen
Can u make a recap video on the main channel?
In 2021 in the AL the MVP was a tie between two players.
MATT OLSON ON THE BRAVES IS REAL
This was awesome
Seriously thank god
Michael Nelson Trout
As a Brewers fan, thank god this isn't what actually happened.
As usual, the Astros are the kings
anyone know how to avoid getting so many duplicate players? I signed Carlos Correa only for him to be on the astros too
juan soto in an astro jersey is cursed
You should do 2022 if this season doesn’t start
#GoodnessGracious this series was amazing!
Whatever happened to Byron Buxton?
Did pujols break the hr Record
Sad it's over
YESSIR WE WON WITHOUT CHEATING
mike freaking trout.
What happened to Bryce Harper in this save?
IIRC, he had like 1 6 war season in ~2016, and then did the bryce harper thing and immediately went back to 2-3 war
Words can’t express how much I hate this thumbnail
The Phillies were a poverty franchise here. 10 seasons and they weren’t even good once
They certainly threw around a lot of money. None of that money was put to good use, though.
@@GaIeforce just as they are in the real world at times. Same with the Mets
more ootp videos please!!!
Love the series but huwan soto
Boy I sure hate that thumbnail lol
