Thanks. This video is about maintaining the original layout and then adding some design / concept elements so to enhance the spaces. I wished I could hack more walls but sometimes due to my clients’ requirements, I couldn’t.
I think no one will ever design to have the settee near the balcony. It is so dangerous! What if someone trips over the settee and fall into the balcony, loses his balance and fall out of the building?!!!
when he was stepping up and over to go into the balcony, i had the exact same thoughts. what if you trip and fall over the railings since the balcony is so narrow! need invisible grill for sure. looks dangerous.
