Hi Rae, like the simple yet practical design of this 3R hdb. You picked cement finish for the LR. Did you overlay it or hacking was done then do the cement finish? Also, will the cement crack in the long run?

I think no one will ever design to have the settee near the balcony. It is so dangerous! What if someone trips over the settee and fall into the balcony, loses his balance and fall out of the building?!!!

The cooking area should done inside and not outside. This will affect the above neighbour. Above neighbour may affected by the cooking fume. Especially work hey and deep frying. Some Singaporean face this kind of issue that always been ignored by the ignorant. This is what I wanted to highlight the reason. ❤

Long shot but may I ask what's the toilet S-Trap measurement (150mm or 250mm) for Marine Crescent Block 30? Got a problem with the existing toilet bowl, need to replace. Grateful if you'd help

Can still design without breaking down wall. Cost a lot to hack down wall.
