Why are people complaining about the obscure ruling? I might be in the minority but I like that Yugioh has these rulings, and it's not like it doesn't make sense. The cost of the effect is to send to grave. If you can fulfill the cost, you can't activate the effect.

I never understand how players like him suck so bad at basic plays. I am convinced they just played 2 decks in their lifes and stuck with them.

Those of us who have four dozen decks sitting around are not the normal average player.
@@Shikah1 brother he has been playing the game for years and knows how alot of deck plays, but that doesn't mean that they know ALL the lines in a deck.
Like you can easily understand that Crusadia for example is an OTK deck but people who actually knows the lines and combos knows they can play Stun, Grind and Combo variants with the right cards.
Soccer comes from when rugby and European football were the same sport and they kinda flipped between the 2 when the sports became separated I know England for example called rugby football and soccer soccer for a time during colonization corresponding to our American football a spinoff of rugby to be called football and our soccer to be soccer England only changed it in the last 100 years or so when they started playing places like Spain that called it football and everyone wanted like a unified international league

Let me provide some context: The last time I played a Yugioh game was Millenium Duels. I knew *NOTHING* about Pendulum and Links when Master Duel came out. I have played 1, *MAYBE* 2 pendulum decks in over 2 and 1/2 years, *neither* were remotely *CLOSE* to constructed, and I have never gone into the pack featuring these cards *ONCE.*
...AND EVEN *_I_* know that there are 4 main deck pendulum monsters treated as _____ Dragon monsters whose names correspond with the colors of the cards. Purple = Fusion, White = Synchro, Black = XYZ, and Double Iris = Pendulum. They're intended to be used with Astrograph Sorcerer because, (and I hope you're wearing a particularly sturdy hat because this may blow your mind:) Astrograph is *NOT* purely a generic Pendulum card. Like Electrumite, it's tied to something else. In Astrograph's case, it Fusion summons Z-ARC which requires, "surprisingly", ______ Dragon monsters which all 4 of the Magician monsters "coincidentally" all are treated as.

Explaining the dimension dragons(as they are usually called) to someone who doesn't know pendulum was exhausting weeks ago when the new Zarc stuff released.
The dude basically thought MD was bugged cuz the Celestial Soul trap(which fuses Zarc but needs the dragons) negated Zarc despite fulfilling the requirement of "A Dragon Monster of each card type" whne the requirement was "A "Fusion" "XYZ" "Pendulum" and "Synchro" dragon monster" meaning they needed those words to be in the name of the cards
@@dearickangelonej.legaspi6686 There's something I've been wondering about Z-ARC but I've never pulled it so I can't test it. Z-ARC's materials text doesn't have quotation marks around "Dragon", or any of the card types like "Fusion" to indicate that those terms need to be in the cards' _name_ like the magician cards. So is it actually possible to use any Dragon-Type monster that happens to *BE* a Fusion, XYZ, etc. Like say, Black Brutdrago, Draglubion, etc.?
Or is this another Sky Scourge Invicil situation where there *should* be basic clarifications in the text but there isn't because Konami despises us?
Harpie's Brother isn't real :') It is like Frog the Jam not being a frog, it is named Sky Scout.
@@TheTaintedWisdom because its not in Z-arc, the new trap specified the "Fusion" etc as a keyword while also using "from the Extra Deck, Deck and Graveyard" so its able to use any monster cards that are that type of monster and a Dragon.
This means you can use say a SK Starving Venom(which ISN'T "Fusion" dragon) but will have Z-arc negated because whiles its a Fusion Dragon card, its not a "Fusion" named card.
Its basically Konami being dumb by not specifying that it needs the Dimension Dragon and allowing us to use non-Dimension Dragon cards as materials
