- Tenerife - Parque Santiago 3 Room F-3003 Duplex Room Review, Check It Out ! This Apartment Is On The Second Floor But There Is A Elevator To The Floor, This Room Is A 2 Plus 2 with 2 Up Stairs Beds And A Bed Sofa Down Stairs with Plenty Of Room For 4 People. What Do You Think Of The Room?

Hi Sue, lots of the Parque Santiago apartments are privately owned but the owner can not use the apartment all year round and the complex sub lets them through agents although some owners let them directly to holiday makers. We booked this holiday through jet2.com but it can be a little pot luck for the apartment you get as these are allocated on site when you arrive at the resort however you can email Parque Santiago directly and make your request and the will do their upmost to accomadate you. We stayed in Park Santiago 3 July 2022, the room we had was very dated with a tired old pink bathroom suite, no air conditioning just a noisy fan that rattled all night. The view was of the main road with lots of noise from the bars on the golden mile. If booking this place I would ask for one of the newly refurbished rooms. The location was excellent and so was the pool area, just let down by old dated rooms.
Hi Mike PS3 is like lots of other complex's lots of the apartments are privately owned but the owner can only use the apartment for around 10 months of the year and the other months and rented out by the management. This means if you get and apartment where the owner stays a lot the owner tends to keep updating the apartment but some owners choose to let the management rent the apartments out all year and this means apart from maintanance very little updating is carried out. I am sorry to hear your apartment had not been updated, ps what apartment was it? Thanks, Tez.
Didn’t know this Tez, like you say it’s pot luck whether you get a newly refurbished apartment. we booked with Jet2 the room we had was F4-4065. We are coming over again this year but staying at Spring Hotel Vulcano this time.
@@mikehicks1985 The Vulcano is an amazing hotel and you will not be disapointed staying there we have just stayed at the Tigotan and really enjoyed it altough some of their rooms and becoming dated, I will upload the standard rooms video next week (they have 5 different syles of rooms and costs). We had one right on the golden mile, bedroom no double glazing couldn’t sleep terrible room, clean yes, asked to move they weren’t interested will never go again very poor.
I am sorry you had a bd experience at PS3.
