Your hair is sooo shiny and healthy! jealous! My hair is incredibly dry and damaged and it looks so bad. It really needs a trim but i'm trying to grow it out, and my hair takes forever to grow. i'm gonna try this thankyou!
Hi, I had the same problem until i discovered this hair treatment from Spain called SBS Divinity Effect. It is a professional treatment especially formulated for dry, damaged and bleached hair. You can do the treatment once a month and you'll see the results after the first treatment
i never use normal conditioner any more, i use hair masques full time and hot coconut oil once a month on my hair and scalp and leave it over night. :)
Hi Jennifer, Thanks for the video. Very informative. One question: any recommendation for the best shampoo and conditioner for dry, damaged hair? Apology if you've been asked this question before. Thanks.
Thank you so much, you have helped me a lot! I have realised that what made my hair dry , damaged and what made it fall out (a lot) was that I was always using really really hot water ! Thank you !
Extra Virgin coconut oil is amazing I put a tiny bit in my ends after a shower and it works as a natural heat defense/serum without being too greasy as long as you use a tiny amount
I've tried everything out there for my very dry hair and was hopeless until I came across extra virgin coconut oil! Changed my hair completely and I get compliments on my hair every single day saying how beautiful and shiny and healthy it looks! works wonders!
***** I warm up the coconut oil and mix it with 2 eggs and put it on my hair, mainly the bottom ends. I have really thick/course hair so I try to do it at least once a week or once every other week. I wash my hair every 4 days.
Me as a Kpop fan thinks that when you say ''shiny'' it's ''SHINee'' xDD And to those who says she talks fast - You are just slow yourself. She speeks at a perfect speed. You just have to listen well, like in school ;D
Hey all so i just wanted to share my happyness with yall. So i had really damaged bad hair and two weeks ago i choped like 5 cm of my hair ( and yeah its a lot for me cuz my hair is just little longer than shoulder length. So i choped it and stoped using heat and i treat it with castor oil and olive oil very often and my hair is wayy fresher and softer and not fried. Im just so excited. Good look with your hair yourney!
Hi Jen! Hope you're having a beautiful new year!! I hope you Can give us a CHIUTIPS for bleached hair ( like me!) I have a very very thin and curly hair, and with the bleach my curls are less tight like the used to be! XOXO
Great video ♥!! I used to use the hair serum but I ran out a few months ago and I have deffinitly noticed a change. And for the olive oil, does it have to be extra virgin olive oil?
thank you . best video after watching 10!! other ones are just a bunch of ppl who like hearing themselves talk and finally the last 30 seconds of video get to the point. ty again!
I use a mask made out of avocado when I use straighteners/curlers often. I make the mask using a few ingredients from my kitchen it makes a world of a difference! Not only repairs but makes it super shiny too! I made a tutorial on how to make the mask if you click on my picture it should be in the DIY section. It seriously is amazing!(:
Ahh, found a fellow ogx user! I've been using ogx for just over a month now, and have been seeing amazing results. I use almost all of their products; Shampoo, conditioner, oil spray, hair mask (Currently using the Brazilian keratin therapy) . Can't express my love enough for them. Its resulted in me not having to use dry shampoos in between either! Can go 4 days and its still very soft and manageable, as well.. the smell is still incredible. Thanks for uploading, hair care is important! You just got yourself another subscriber, hope to see more great tips in the future! Moving on to your skin care tips video now. :D
My hair was very heat and color damaged so I started using coconut oil and my hair got healthier.mbut I don't use that as often as I was because I'm using this new shampoo called Moracan oil moisture repair and it works really well but it's really expensive
I have struggled with dry hair and wasted my money on so many different products but none of them worked except for coconut oil!! It is the most similar oil to the one our body produces naturally, therefore our hair absorbs the moisture quickly and easily better than most products!! Very effective and inexpensive!!! I have a video talking about details on using coconut oil in case any of you lovelies are interested :) xoxo
Take some argan oil products. I use ARGANRain professional hair care product, they work great.. I have tried many products online and offline before, but this product gave me the fastest and best results. I hope it helps you too. ...
Hello! Love the tips I'm going to start trying out some of them as my hair is dyed and growing thinner. In regards to washing hair everyday, I have greasy hair and I live in south Florida which equals heat, humidity, sweat, dirty scalp. I HAVE to wash my hair daily, for winter time I used dry shampoo and it worked wonderfully because the weather is cool and less humid also it helped maintain my red dyed color. I have to wash my hair daily and the dry shampoo only works so much now that it's hot. I've heard sulfate free shampoos are best? What do you recommend in this case?
Hi guys, I need some serious help!!!!! I am a male with short hair, unfortunately short hair does not suit me at all & I would love to be able to grow my hair a bit longer... the only problem is for some reason my hair gets really damaged/frizzy whenever I try and grow it longer (especially if you look at it in the sun or under a light at night - it just looks extremely frizzy), which always leads to me having to cut it short again. Its really weird and honestly does not make any sense to me at all, because I have been reading online for years on ways to both strengthen your hair & prevent damage to your hair. No matter how expensive shampoo/conditioner I use, nothing seems to help - I have tried so many different treatments and so many different oils (olive oil, coconut oil etc...) nothing seems to work. Everyone keeps telling me about my diet - and i know this is definitely not the problem because I eat really clean and keep away from junk food, processed foods and sugar. I do not colour my hair or use any type of heat stylers or use any hair products, I do not rub or scrub my hair while wet and only wash my hair about once to twice a week and still nothing helps. It honestly doesn't make sense to me because I have friends who eat absolute crap, use heat styling treatments (sometimes every single day), scrub their hair while wet and yet there hair is perfectly fine and healthy looking. There has to be something else to it??? I have tried heaps of different types of deep conditioner treatments, oil treatments, and every natural remedy that you can think of - coconut oil, olive oil, argon oil, avocado, honey, aloe vera, onion, banana, egg, mayonnaise etc... but nothing really seems to helpI have even used a product cureplex on numerous occasions (which is basically the same thing as olaplex) and even that didn't work... if anything it made my hair worse Can anyone recommend a product that actually works in repairing damaged/fizzy hair?? Or please point out if I am doing anything wrong or missing something as it doesn't make sense to me?? I honestly appreciate any help that you can provide and will be forever grateful :)
So, Im a black girl and our hair is like really different, right now my hair is really damaged, before my mother always washed my hair with chemicals products that now destroyed my hair completly, every time I comb it, I get two hands full of hair (Im full of dead hair). My hair is a really coarse and dry hair, and it's also hard to comb. I was wondering if your advice would help me or it would be better to make something else :/ Right now I always have to put fake hair and also fake braids wich Im tired of and destroys my hair much more :(
I have the same problem. I usually buy organic shampoo and conditioner and only wash my hair if I have to go out somewhere. Sounds gross, but when your hair is damaged, you need to let the oils do their job. Also, make sure you get a good brush or comb. Wooden brushes are good.
Can you please do a hair tutorial for thin hair I can't get the volume right it looks so thin and flat :( specially it's summers here in Australia I'm struggling wth hair
hi! thanks a lot for the tips :) so i usually chemically straighten my hair once a year and i've colored it a lot, i use flat iron every single day and now i have frizzy ends! i regret ever putting chemicals on my hair, so do i have to cut the frizzy ends in order to heal it or it heals on its own? thanks!! love your vid x
Hi, I had the same problem until i discovered this hair treatment from Spain called SBS Divinity Effect. It is a professional treatment especially formulated for dry, damaged and bleached hair. You can do the treatment once a month and you'll see the results after the first treatment. And yes you need to cut your ends to heal them
This video was a life saver! My hair is super fine and dry--I am a split end queen. However, I never understood why--I didn't wash my hair every day, and I rarely used heat on my hair (only for special occasions). However, I take EXTREMELY HOT SHOWERS. I didn't realize this could be really bad for my hair! I will definitely stop doing this and using hair masks so I ca repair my hair
ma'am i have really dry hair and a really dry scalp. i cannot use scented products like serum because of my extremely sensitive skin . i cannot even use home remedies like oil, honey ,yoghurt, egg etc because they either give me dandruff or face rashes . my hare is toobthin and dry and i can see my scalp too.only sunsilk blackshine shampoo suits me . PLEASE HELP.
On the last step, when she means run your extra Virgin olive oil with your current conditioner, does that mean after doing that we can't wash and rinse my hair because what happens if the conditioner and oil stay on and we can't rinse. That would mean leaving my hair with conditioner.
hey where can i buy a genuine Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque. Ive been looking in amazon but some reviews put me off as people are selling fake ones. i live in the uk btw. thanks
Oil locks water. Water doesn't moisturize hair. It can't get to your hair follicle because there's a layer of water blocking it from getting in your hair...
Hey there, my hair is crazy front , if I don't use hairdryer to make it nicer it just seems real bad.. Do you have any idea what to do; the rest of my hair is ok. Use this hair mask for soft nourished healthy hair..use any or all of these oils in any combination: Coconut, almond, olive, castor, sesame. Massage in scalp, roots and ends, leave overnight and shampoo out. Those with oily scalps can leave for 30 mins or apply only to dry ends.
Hey maya. So I ended up cutting the ends as much as I could go without having my hair too short. Try layers. Get some organic coconut oil, an egg and mix a teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 egg and apply that to your hair. For about an hour wash it out. Also I conditioned my hair every 2 days and didn't shampoo until every 3 my hair isn't perfect but it's a hell of a lot better
Scarlet Smile Hi, I had the same problem until i discovered this hair treatment from Spain called SBS Divinity Effect. It is a professional treatment especially formulated for dry, damaged and bleached hair. You can do the treatment once a month and you'll see the results after the first treatment.
I used to keep it in the shower for my hair & I also shave with it. But it seems like if it's heated in any way it doesn't work as good or smell as good. I am thinking if u heat it, it won't be as potent but yeah, I agree. I don't think it will expire.
You forgot to metion using a boar bristle brush to brush the oils from your scalp throughout your hair. You can do that instead of putting the egg white mask on your head to get rid of oil. The best oil is the one that you produce I think??
I highly suggest getting a shower cap! You know the kind old lady's wear. It's ugly but cheap and really helps :) I can't get my hair wet unless I wash and condition it. Or els I won't be able to get a brush through it :P
Gypsea Goddess Or even just put it in a bun or a high ponytail when you take a shower & pull your bangs back with a headband, that's what I do :) only because I don't own a shower cap.
*Arganrain, this has saved my hair!! My whole life, my hair has been verry frizzy, curly and coarse. This shampoo has made my hair almost normal! I love love love this and will buy this for the rest of my life!*

I used to have really frizzy, Curley hair. Then I got a permanent hair straightener, this worked for several months. But then left my hair damaged. Does anyone know anything else to help I need it desperately...
It's fine, but try letting it air dry first or else you'll wake up with an afro like I do :P make sure to use a leave in conditioner before you go to sleep!
My hair is SOOO damaged! The ends are split up, im afraid im gonna have to cut a lot of it off. Can anyone give me advice on how to take care of it and get it back to being healthy? Also, i would like to continue flat ironing my hair but not damaging it. I dont want to cut all of it off, please help! Thanks(:
I am on the varsity swim team and im worried that the chlorine in the pool will damage my hair. i want to wash it out everyday but that is also bad for you. what do you suggest i do?
Just rinse with cold water RIGHT after you swim, it will take the majority out of your hair. When I swam they made water leak proof caps, maybe you could try looking into those?
Oh great someone else with this problem I am a competitive swimmer and I swim for About 8 hours a week and that probably explains why my profile picture is a fish
Ok her hair is not even damaged. I wanted to see a video of someone with damaged hair, before and after results...... :(
Yeah i know, if i followed this advice my hair would be impossible. I have to use a lot more than that
At least you know her routine does maintain healthy hair.
well atleast you know this works
I have never heard the word "AMAZING" so much in my entire life. Thnx for the tips!!!

On the last step, when she means run your extra Virgin olive oil with your current conditioner, does that mean after doing that we can't wash and rinse my hair because what happens if the conditioner and oil stay on and we can't rinse. That would mean leaving my hair with conditioner.
would it still work if your hair is damaged
My hair is just naturally dry as hell. And dryer then ever since I started growing it out. Thanks so much for the tips.
Cornstarch makes a great dry shampoo. If you have dark hair, use Cocoa.
hey where can i buy a genuine Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque. Ive been looking in amazon but some reviews put me off as people are selling fake ones. i live in the uk btw. thanks
should your hair be wet when you apply conditioner and olive oil??
No because oil doesn't mix with water so it wouldn't actually get in the hair follicles it would just sit on top of them not doing anything
oil locks water. it keeps moisture in your hair
Oil locks water. Water doesn't moisturize hair. It can't get to your hair follicle because there's a layer of water blocking it from getting in your hair...
Thnx for your hair tips
Where can i get that type of oil?
If I use olive oil for my hair how many times do I have to apply it?
Once a month 2-4 tablespoons
Hey there, my hair is crazy front , if I don't use hairdryer to make it nicer it just seems real bad.. Do you have any idea what to do; the rest of my hair is ok. ( my natural hair is curly but got real damaged because was always using hairdryer. Now the most damaged part is front) if it's possible I can send you a picture. Thank you
would it make spilt ends go away?
You have to trim the split ends, but doing this will prevent more split ends.
very helpful .. thank u so much
You're so welcome! Thanks for watching! xo
You are gorgeous and I just love your hair.
Thnx for the tips they reallllllly helped thank u so much
batiste is the best dry shampoo in the uk!!
it's drug store and less than £3 for 200ml which is fab and affordable

i bleached my hair so much its soooo messed up. dry and my hair is naturally curly and it doesn't even curl anymore, i dont know what to do.
I have the same problem :/
Hey maya. So I ended up cutting the ends as much as I could go without having my hair too short. Try layers. Stop bleaching your hair and cut off the damaged hair so you can allow your virgin hair to grow back
Good one loved it xoxo
Thank you for the great informative video! :)
You're very welcome! Thanks for watching xo
Coconut oil DOES NOT EXPIRE ! I use it mixed with argan oil . I buy the large jars of it, use it year round.
So I do exercise every day and well I take a shower and I need to wash my hair everyday what should I do?
you can wet it just don't shampoo.
Your eyes omg, but this was actually pretty good luv :)
where can I get the mask and the serum??:)

You look high af 😁

I used to have really frizzy, Curley hair. Then I got a permanent hair straightener, this worked for several months. But then left my hair damaged. Does anyone know anything else to help I need it desperately...
Where do u get your dry shampoo ?
Can I still use coconut oil even it's already expired?
I recommend NOT to, because it could ruin your hair...No risks
pure coconut oil doesnt expire :-)
Is it bad if I don't dry my hair at all like going to bed with wet hair?
It's fine, but try letting it air dry first or else you'll wake up with an afro like I do :P make sure to use a leave in conditioner before you go to sleep!

I am on the varsity swim team and im worried that the chlorine in the pool will damage my hair. i want to wash it out everyday but that is also bad for you. what do you suggest i do?
you should use dry shampoo thats what my sister does or use a swim cap (:
i get water in my swim cap :( but thanks anyway!
Just rinse with cold water RIGHT after you swim, it will take the majority out of your hair. When I swam they made water leak proof caps, maybe you could try looking into those?
Wash your hair with water ( you can add conditioner ) before you go to swim.
Your hair will absorb normal water and conditioner, no chlorine water.
:)
