I am from Chennai. I placed an order.on 28th i.e. saturday. for 1/2 kg a2 ghee and 1/2 kg a2 butter after seeing your video. I requested for immediate delivery as I have to make sweets on Monday. But i was told that the delivery could be effected only on Monday as sunday is a holiday. But the farm owner realised the importance of my need and arranged to deliver the product through bus service which was collected by a gentleman from his circle. The material was delivered to me.on Sunday morning 9.00' clock. I just could not believe this personalised service at a lightening speed As i did not expect this sort of great service i bought the ghee and butter from my regular shop. That is a different story. I sincerely thank you for introducing a healthy product and the farm.owner for their great service.

I am just returning after a visit to Rishi Dairy Farm Dindukal,it was an awesome visit. It was a long time wish for me to visit the farm after having seen the video in Utube. This time when I came to Madurai from Malaysia, I arranged to visit the farm today. No words to praise the maintenance of the farm n the orderly manner the cows walked to their feeding cubicle,I was just amazed.My best wishes to all in Rishi Dairy Farm Dindukal.God Bless 🙏.

Sago tamil Nadu a2 madu or north Indian a2 madu both are most common in all factors ,
See in ghee making there are 2 types
If u doing it by mechain then cost will be low if u doing it by traditional the cost will be high
Aprox 25 to 30 liters of milk need to make 1lit ghee
A1 milk 25×50 = 1250
Max a1 ghee are making in mechain method only
From 25 L we can get easily 20L of skimmed milk
20×25 = 500
1lit ghee 750 to 800
In some places ghee is 400 to 500 1lit they will impurity or they will mix skimmed with buffalo milk and sale it
See selling ghee at 450 - 500 will make u loss
Untill u do that 2 things
One impurity
2nd mixed skimmed milk with buffalo milk
Now come to A2 milk
One liter is
100
So 100×25 = 2500
If u to it in traditional method 1 litre of A2 ghee price will be 2000 to 3500
Bcas from this method u can't get skimmed milk.
But on mechain method a2 ghee 1 litre approx 1500 to 1800
See now a days there are so many people's those who willing to offer this price if it real in that terms

A1 ghee Price Rs.700 & A2 ghee Price Rs.1500/.This video is one year old. Now the price of A2 ghee is nearly Rs.3000/- per litre.this is my personal enquiry with them. Steep hike in price and Too expensive!

Costly. May be helpful for the city side people. In our area, we will buy from our milkman, very good milk of tamilnadu breed and will make paneer, cheese, butter and ghee at home itself.

At the start of the video, on the left hand side, we see a Holstein Friesian mixed breed and that is neither gir nor sahiwal and when he mixes the milk of that cow with that of gir breed how can he sell it as A2 product?

Sir price is very much costlier than dominant brands aavin and amul
Aavin amul are not A2.. and if you visit one aavin factory you will come to know the adulteration happening 🙂

The milk is produced my cows like gihr,shahival which has its origin form north...many native breed are available in TN,it will help to revive the native cows of Tamilnadu also widen the market in Tamilnadu..but they have selected everything from north
I ordered A1 & A2 ghee with quantity of half litres each. The ghee doesn’t seem to be original, mixed with some other ghee composite. We knew it’s costly and still ordered, total disappointment at the end. Still accepted at the end, its an business by youngster we should support. He must be ethical and honest for what he is doing. He can still charge extra but must deliver originals. Photograph can’t be posted here else everyone can see it.

In US,for example ,5 Liter A2 milk is $11, where regular milk 5 Liter cost is $5. A2 milk is best for digestion.

Ji There is nothing called A2 Ghee there is only A2 Milk/Paneer/Curd as A2 is based on Protein and any Ghee has 0% Protein in Ghee, So it should be ideally called "Desi Ghee" or "Nattu Nei"

Gir Cow has a body temperature 102°F or 39°C. So the air temperature must be sufficient below i.e. ideally 39-10 = 29°C. They can tolerate maximum 29+5=32°C for a short period. that's why they using Fan for cows.
They are selling around 1800 Rs for A2 ghee not 1500 Rs...
It is very difficult to believe ppl and tell one rate in vedio and selling rate is different..

brother. thanks for the video. I will order formy requirements. I saw one white coloured cow 🐄 continuously moving its head restlessly. I think it has some health problem. please help it thro a vet. then I understand that food per time has to be fed @ 4.5% of a cows weight. is it true sir? if we feed less, it will be sin and cruelty. normally milk vendors won't allow the kannukutties to feed for more than a minute. actually the milk is meant for kannukutties. in your dairy how much quantity of milk you allow the kannukutties to drink. please allow them to drink more milk otherwise it is a sin and cruelty. some cows are found bony and requires special nutrition. you may offer green grass also to gain more from them sir. the roof requires heat resistance structures. you may place 4 flies repellents as in hotels to catch flies, mosquitoes and other insects which may bite the cows. you may require screen like tarpaulin structure to save the cows from heavy cold during season or they will suffer. I am a lover of cows and kannukutties. take more care of them. fix more number of ceiling fans.
