Hello there, I have a low cervix and have been using the Carmesi medium size menstrual cup, which has a length of 74mm, a diameter of 41mm, and a capacity of 25ml. However, it leaks when it is only half full, collecting a very small amount of blood. The cup tends to go straight up, and I believe my cervix sits inside it, taking up half of the cup's space. I shared this issue with you, and you suggested that perhaps the quality of the cup was not good or that I might be using the wrong size. Dont ever pull the stem to remove the cup.. It can damage your body. Stem is just for locating the cup in the people with high cervix... Always pinch the bottom of the cup to remove it. It's essential to break the suction.
Hi , I am married and started using silky cup and was able to manage in the start but then in the second period it started leaking and it would just not open. Then I had to struggle a lot later but it just would never open and leak. I changed to wow cup but now the new cup is smaller and too soft that with very little pressure it slips down and I am here yet struggling with a menstrual cup. I want to use a cup but sadly I am not able to make the right choice with the type and brand of the cup. Both the times I have never heard the pop of cup opening. What should I do.. please suggest a good brand and material that’s best. I am slightly active in working out and running , I weigh 78 kg and hieght is 5’4”. 28 years old . Married.
both cups you have tried are giving issues to most women. you can try soch cup large or mooncup A. i am pretty happy with material quality of soch cup.
both are good, depends on body to body, one might fit you better than other. soch cup has 2 size options and more capacity and a stem that can be cut based on your needs. shecup is ideal only in case of high cervix.

And the JuJu one is medium hard so I'm worried if it will feel uncomfortable for me since I'm a beginner. Therefore I can't decide between the two. Which one would you recommend me? -also, i can feel the pressure on my bladder, and take longer to pee.
Should i switch to a softer cup? If yes, then which one?
I started using Sannap menstrual cup which is really, really good. Although, I am a beginner, but I insert and remove my cup very nicely. Moreover, there is no leakage, it also creates fine suction inside me. But the thing is, after I insert my cup, few seconds later, its stem turns side ways to the right (btw its stem cant be seen just like that) which hurts the outside wall of my vagina. I have tried to push the cup deeper but it doesn't go inside, it stays in place.
