Manchester City vs Real Madrid
Made a profit off Zinchenko. He didn't leave on a free. Bought him for 1.7 and sold him for 30. That's good business.
Came here to say the same! The guy didn't do any research here 😂
@@HotdogStephentypical journalist for you
Horrible business. Zhincheko is worth atleast 60m. He and Jesus are the key reason for arsenal good campaign. Selling to a rival is always a no no
@@HotdogStephen 30 million is way too low
Still made a profit, that’s good business.
Leroy Sane is genuinely one of the few players we as City fans miss the most, he was just ridiculously good under Pep Guardiola and was a big game player as well at such a young age, that way also winning "Young Player of the Season" once. The fact Pep trusted Sterling over Sane lowkey hurts and irritates me, because Sane would've been a menace to this day but a lot of things started happening, such as: Desperation for regular game time, pressure from Bayern constantly making offers about him, wasn't being used in Germany's national team as well until he made his move to Bayern. Back then he was much younger and still not completely mature, it just feels like even the player himself lowkey misses Manchester City and was seen shedding tears as he was talking to Pep Guardiola after the second leg in the Champions League.
Why Sterling played more over Sane, I will never understand. Could have been a maturity issue, because Sane was superior technically in almost every way.
Sterling could drift in the Middle and play in middle. He drag opponent out of position. Sane could play tight on touch line but struggle to match sterling. You seemed to forget sterling stats are extremely high for a guy who plays in that position.
The lack of respect for Sterling by city fans is stupid. He wasn’t the most consistent but he was a clutch player for you guys.
@@yoyo9winner Fr sterling was one of city's best players for like 4 seasons
@@yoyo9winner So clutch Man City sold him to a direct rival.😀
Gundogan for 21 million. What a player he has become.
He was a brilliant central midfielder at Dortmund, key to their Champions League campaign where they lost in the final to Bayern. Pep bought the finished article.
Klopp made Gundogan not Pep. Pep just bought the finished article like he always does
He was fantastic at BVB. Don't forget it that he was a key player for Klopp
@@jonaszczyszczon I know. The point im making is 21 Million for someone his caliber is almost a crime.
@@cheeseshit999 just like zinchenko, jesus etc right?
Sane was a beast, only player I wanted them to keep.
Agreed!
But right now he is below average in Munich
@@Nijithpnlol no

@@RiwenX Yes.
@@sanuzeraffi6164 how would you miss him, he wouldnt even fit in citys squad rn
@@TasteMyYarro Iam not even a Man City fan I actually don't really like them I just said Yes. for the sake of saying it
@@sanuzeraffi6164 alright mate
Gundogan is actually very underrated. And I don't mean that like he should go into the goat debate or something, but he is just overlooked a lot in Man Citys squad
Yeah he's severely overshadowed by KDB currently, but I believe his prime is yet to come, not as a player, but as a manager. A central midfielder, a captain to boot, spent 4 years under Klopp, 1 year under Tuchel and 7 years under Pep. Elite manager in the making.
Good video but couple mistakes. Zinchenko didnt leave on a free, we sold him for 30 mil pounds. Also, you provided a very reductionist argument of Bravo's career at City. If you step back a bit, it was neither good or bad. His first season was woeful, but he did well in the seasons after as a backup to Ederson.
He also said Jesus won 2 premier league titles.. he won 4
@@harry.wilks9320 I didn't catch that. It's blasphemy.
Zinchenko bought for 1M,sold for 35M,absolute stonks😂😂😂
He was young at the time
City are masters in buying n improving players
💪💪🔥
Can’t wait for for Todd Boehly’s first 10 signings in 5 years
ahahahaha
I think zinchenko was a better profit for city rather than jesus. Bought for 1M and sell it for 32M to arsenal.
Sane in that first season was great and made 30 plus appearances and with squad rotation there were not that many who clocked up that many appearances. No surprise Sterling had a great season with Sane linking up with a strong attacking midfield. I like John Stones and he is a good defender but occasionally has lapses in concentration. Bravo wasn’t an improvement on Big Joe. A misstep for me but eventually Ederson made everything right.
He’s been looking brilliant lately tbf, his confidence has skyrocketed and he’s comfortable stepping into the midfield now
What I find really interesting about Gundogan is the way that Pep and Klopp kind of exchanged midfielders in a sense with Gundogan and Thiago. Obviously, it was a case where Pep once again made a shrewd decision.
Evw😂❤k
It's amazing to see that gundogun still delivering to guardiola he was amazing signing for city.
Pep sign really careful.. not very expensive not very cheap but if they manage to fit in his system then they become beast.. i was surprised to see he make sterling out of his best ...
Guardiola best signing is john stones. Bros versatility is off the charts
you forgot KDB Bayern really wanted to sign him but Pep said we dont need him when he only wanted him at City where he gonna be the following season
Bayern already had Muller,no need for KDB at the time tbh
Kdb joined city under pellegrini
@@suryansdash5830 was about to say
@@suryansdash5830 that’s not what he means by that
Kdb isn't pep's signing☠️☠️
I'm surprised at these transfer fees. I thought Man City were overpaying for every player, but there are no Andy Carrolls here. Most expensive was a 50 mil English CB, while Man Utd paid 80 mil for another English CB and we know how that's going...
Gotta admit that they've spent really well. Thats whats undeniable that despite spending a lot, almost every signle signing has worked out extremely well. Gundogan for 21 million btw. What a fucking snip
Thank God someone understands. Most of the rival fans think we bought every player for 100 mil.
@@fernz1361 it’s about total net spend
You spent so much and while faking numbers for sponsorships
grealish 100mil
Still miss sanè he was special and had lot of pace was big mistake selling to bayern by city
Yeah but at the time he wasn’t being called up to the German national team, Pep started dropping his game time and not starting him, and bayren kept knocking at the door. I feel like the big push that made him leave was behind the scenes politics of not getting called up to the national team
Truly crazy to think that haaland almost has half the amount of G/A as Jesus did. And bro is in his first season
That sterling-sane-aguero-David silva-debruyne- Fernandinho front five was great.
Sterling.... Everytime i heard this name or see his face my brain play a movie of all of his fail front the net. This dude is a nightmare
They won the domestic treble. Something no team had done before in the history of the English division 1 and the Premier League, or any team has done since.
Just goes to show how difficult it is, when you had the great Leeds sides of the 1960s-'70s, the incredible Liverpool sides of the '70s and '80s, Brian Clough's Nottingham Forest side that won the league title, 2 European Cups and league cups, Alex Ferguson's Manchester United couldn't achieve it, despite being called the best ever. They won the treble, but so has City and the domestic treble. Arsenal couldn't do it under Arsene Wenger and Chelsea couldn't do it under the likes of Jose. Just shows how elusive that domestic treble and domestic dominance is.
Sometimes it seems like the narrator of the video is rapping over the beat 😅 so good hahah
Wow what a good video
You have to appreciate their work
@@HuFlungDung77 wth is oylchastr schity 💀
@DraNT you're club definitely got beaten the shit out of by city.
Biting the league?
Sane and zinchenko were also sold at a profit
thnx for listening, but now do a bit of brentford scheme, how do they get so much money
Good video but few mistakes. Zinchenko would’ve been Citys biggest profit as he was bought for 1.7 million and sold for over 30 million. Also Jesus won 4 titles at City not 2.
Some of the signing only made by pep request but most of them made by city management for city group club .. they bought them and loans them to to help those club 😉
Zinchenko's selling
is also a profit
Smartest manager in term of signings
good video but Jesus wasnt the only player who was sold at a profit. Zinchenko was bought for 1 million and sold for 30 million.....
Can you do a video about players from mc academi ? Would be nice 👍
Assassins cxsomk
Sanehad everything Jack Grealish has with lightening pace, he left because he wanted game time which is fair enough but he would have easily been the best left winger in the league if he stated
Gundo was a great player, i think they shouldn't sell him
He's not being sold, his contract is running out.
This marlos moreno guy looks like bacary Sagna fr
Forgot riyad mahrez
I don’t remember any big fee signing Pep made that turned out to be a huge flop.
Benjamin mendy (£52m) can be considered a flop. But it was because of his own behaviour off the pitch

how many stock videos of people gesturing 'no' do you want in this video? This guy: yes
Made a profit from Zinchenko and Sané aswell
Stones is the best English Centre back.
Harry Maguire
Leroy Sane was the best signing
Best talent, signing I'm not sure about
gundogan is
Stones and Gundogan were better signings than Sane by a MILE. Even Zinchenko and Jesus were better too.
If Sane had of stayed at City i believe he would have become a really great player under PEP'S coaching. Sane was very young when he left and was a good player with a lot of potential which is why PEP bought him, but Sane wanted to leave.
Now, his team got smashed by a brilliant City side on the way to winning the CL and the treble.
Bravo was not a great signing. He lost his starting role to Willy Caballero mid season. He might have won trophies eventually in cups but he was far from a top player for City
All those talking about Sane, the major reason Pep let him go was because he knew Sane was an injury prone player above everything else
Do it with Sir Alex Ferguson
The expensive players were all successes. The cheap players were mostly flops. City, do spend big money but they spend it wisely. Chelsea, United, Spurs, Arsenal on the other hand spend big money on absolute idiots
So these are the 'super stars' Pep signed...wow.
with all that money City had pumped... ya; still cant figure out how City is an oil club when United literally spent 3 times the amount City has spent in the past 5 years. Jesus Christ...
The stock photos/videos has to be. Good video aside from that though.
07:12 Zinchenko?
Gabriel was citys worst signing. Leroy the boy was amazing. I miss him.
Jesus was a brilliant signing mate.
J zues and stones were sign during pellegrini reign
Do your research
3:53 what’s the song’s name?
Gündogan is one of the best city players, underrated
SIR ALEX FERGUSON NEXT
the stock footage is too much for me 😂😂
Interesting
61 appearances and 60 goals conceded is mental 😂😂😂😂😂
4:23 Nobody in Spain nor Latin America calls them "Sociedad". It's "Real Sociedad", full name.
You forgot Ferran Torres
Song?
Luis Enrique PlZ
I think sane might come back
the clips of random people shaking their heads is kind of cringe bro
Gundogan was really good they shouldn't have aold him
They didn’t
A bit pointless including Moreno, Rulli and Mari as Guardiola will have had little to do with those signings. Purely signings made by the club as business moves
united will buy an expensive player and will never offload them as they trust the process 🗿
Not a fan of Pep but he doesn’t get many transfers wrong.
Benjamin Mendy??
Ruli jugó en Maldonado lo mismo que yo en el real Madrid, club lavadora si los hay
Didn't Zinchenko also make a profit? Not just Jesus
Selling Jesus & zinchenko was a risky move.
Sterling definitely needed to go,
But not jesus
we had alvarez & haaland
im a big fan and i espected to see gabriel jesus

Man City needs replacement for Mahrez and Gundogan. Both on the wrong side of 30. Haaland has been worth letting Jesus and Sterling leave. I kind of wish we kept Sane, but oh well.
Where’s Benjamin Mendy? 😂

Stones the most solid signing on this list? No no no no. It is easily Ilkay. Stones has been great this season don't get me wrong, but up until this year his form was always up and down. Let's be real here, he was bought and kept for years despite up and down form because of the home grown quota. I'm glad he stuck around though, he seems to have figured it out and I think he will play a huge role in Manchester City finally winning the Champions league this year.
Absolute nonsense mate, up until this year. For the last 3 seasons at least Stones has not put a foot wrong. When Dias arrived, they had unbeatable partnership that led us to the title. CTID
How easily people forget his contributions in 2020/21 season.
@@johnhonai4601 right!? he was literally as good as if not better than Ruben Dias in 20/21. It's still the most solid defense we've ever seen from City.
what are you talking about? Stones was the key player in 20/21 season when City reached finals of CL. He was always Peps first choice in cb position when he is fit
Where is my man, Haaland?
Hilarious stock footage
I Never understood why he sold sane lol
Sane wanted to leave. He stayed an extra year only because of his injury
Sane shld be returned
The next video should be for jurgen klopp at Liverpool 😫😫
Gundogan can go to Barcelona
sane and sterling both was average mehrez and grealish are far better
Sané will always be infinitely better than Grealish
Pep should sign Rafael Leão. He’ll be new rival for goal machine and ninja turtle.
Ninja turtle needs a good coach.
wont fit in the squad at all in city
Leao offers nothing to City, when Julian Alvarez is already there.
Mendy????????????????
jesus didn’t win 2 premier league titles lmao, i swear its 4
Sane off the City is a bad decision for the club 😢
True but Pep has a philosophy that those who want to leave are free to, hence the departure of Sterling and loan of Cancelo. So if you're not gonna get along with him/start threatening to leave, you're off to the lowest bidder
miss jesus and sane
This video is woeful with so many mistakes. First off, the likes of Marlos Moreno, Rulli and Mari should not have been included whatsoever. They were bought by City as a part of the City Football Group, signings that usually get loaned out to sister clubs and never actually play for the first team. No point in including them. Further, Claudio bravo being bought for 15 million was actually a hefty fee for a goal keeper at the time, and in his first season he FLOPPED. Thats why Ederson was immediately signed the following season. Bravo was an ok backup but overall was a flop considering he was brought in to be a first choice keeper. Jesus won 4 prem titles not 2, and zinchenko was sold for 30 million, didnt leave for free.
Jesus won 4 Premier Titles bro
Gundogan came before pep
Video only 2 month old but already so outdated
Really
Zinchenko was sold for a profit.
Better than klopp
Stones has not made a huge impact like Gundogan
