    The best clear explanation I have ever heard for my understanding on why I have such difficulties hitting the ball correctly. Exceptional Sir! Thank You So Much

    Loved it 😊 I've had all of 2 lessons and haven't understood why I kept hitting so differently every time. This explanation of technique and natural movement will give me something to work on next time.
    The most difficult part is the pro telling me the techniques and then telling me not to think when hitting 😅

    Thank you, Jonathan. Your explanation make perfect sense to me. It really explains why I will have trouble when I don't rotate my body well.

    I agree. If you control the low point, you can get the ball around the golf course.

    I am just learning how to golf. No lessons at all. Just went out 3 times with friends. I don’t know how to properly grip the club, stand, feet position, etc. I would think I would need to know these basics first before this part. But overall this was very informative. Thank you.

    Jonathan, thank you for this lesson. I have been struggling, these past four weeks, with this issue. This lesson has provided the foundational perspective I have been in need of. I now have a better understanding of what has to occur. I will practice later today and let you know how I got on.

    Mr. Taylor, are you suggesting that those who may find it difficult to turn enough should abandon the idea of hitting down on the ball?

    • @JonathanTaylor63
      @JonathanTaylor63  11 месяцев назад

      It will certainly make it more difficult. I find that it is not that people can't turn, they just don't know how or when.

    Jonathan, I think amateurs don’t understand where the low point of the swing should be. Most amateurs try and make the low point just behind the ball, believing that this is the only way to get it off the ground.

    • @TML34
      @TML34 Год назад +2

      Follow-up point - it’s hard for amateurs to visualize the low point just after the ball because the low point isn’t visible to them. That is, you’re looking at the back of the ball in the swing, so you never can quite visualize a point just beyond this.

    Good approach, but keep the info simple and not too much info at once.
