Taking ba little extra time to make sure you don't install the brackets backwards would have been nice. I understand you want to speed up the video, but it shouldn't be done in all, or Paz and emphasize certain.
I am screwing the heatsink on the brackets one by one but it isnt going down? Also the place it's supposed to be screwed down is covered with a dot. Is it supposed to be stabbed through?
You can check if the fan sticker is crooked, which can lead to a visual appearance of wobbly. If it is not and the fan has a strange sound, then it should be a loose bearing, press it back on the right position will be fine.

MAKE SURE WHEN INSTALLING THE HEATSINK TO FACE THE SCREW CLOSEST TO THE HEATSINK TOWARD THE IO
am4 and am5 standoff are the same (do the same work)?

My motherboard does not have rgb header so should I use 3 pin to molex converter?
Does it say Jrainbow on your mobo? Becuase I just found out that argb headers have different names in some motherboards

yes it works BUT MAKE SURE u use the smooth gray standoffs BUT the screws from the bag holding the red standoffs 👍
