Question please I’ve just bought this yesterday can I plug the ARGB into a hub instead of direct to the motherboard as I’ve only got one port I’m guessing the fan speed is controlled by the cpu fan header separately thanks as always great video
Does it work well on LGA1200 socket mobos? Because I'm currently using the one on 10th gen mobo and the RGB colors aren't being synced with the case fans even though I already installed rgb fusion 2.0 and tried to set the same color for all connected devices. The cooler changes its color randomly without my configuration and I can't modify it at all
You didnt show yourself applying the thermal grease. The box says it comes with thermalgrease but im not sure what it is. Is it the small, thin silver pouch thats inside the bag in the box? This is crucial for first time builderslike me as id rather not buy thermal paste and just use what comes with it but im not sure.

On my manual it says we can control the argb with a software from motherboard site. I have a MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 mobo Wifi, what software do I need? (I haven’t build my pc yet) Edit: nvm I found out how, I just downloaded the MSI Mystic Light software and was able to control this fan’s light setting (it was connected to Jrainbow1 on my mobo so I just clicked that and then changed the color for it)
How do you not show the correct way to install the heatsink? There is a long side and a short side and the pipes lean toward the short side. Does it matter I guess? I wonder how many people have it on backwards lolI don't see it in manual either.
basically it won't affect performance. But you'll definitely find RAM issue when you have a tight board and you put the heastink/fan config lean towards the RAM. Yes, you're right, we should mention that heatsink lean away from RAM :)
@@IDCOOLING Well luckily That is what I chose, and it has been working great! Might want to give some instruction on how to manage to install it while it is in the case. That was tough! I had a cheap rosewill case so I cut the back to get access to the ram side bolts, then I assumed the screws that were longer were the ones for the 1200 and they are too big of threads, then I had to stand it on its side, and hold the screw in the backplate because it wasn't holding it still and kept falling out, because I probably made it looser trying to get the amd screws in that were the wrong thread. My issue was that one bag says lga 1700 and the other doesn't say anything, but the lga 1200 spacers are in the other bag so I was guessing the screws were too. Please understand that the people that are poor enough to need to buy this aren't very smart in the first place, so the more help you can give them the better! Thanks!

Para el i3 13100f queda muy bien a 100% CPU no pasa de 60 Celsius pero con un i7 12700KF 90 a 100 Celsius y yo esperaba al menos 80 como maximo pero con un i7 12va ese disipador no basta para enfriarlo.
Does the argb need to be plugged in for it to function? I only have one argb port which is taken up, could i just leave the argb off?

Yo te diría q si porq el disipador de stock ya no es muy recomendable como para una i5

How do you tighten the Tightening Screws? When I do they just rotate then fall out
change the screws or readjust the caps u drop in i had this issue as well. i had to use the bigger caps to put the small screws in

the fan should be installed for the push, as you will need to keep out the RAM.
@@IDCOOLING Thanks I fixed it now so that the fan is pushing the air though the heat sink and towards the exhaust fan.

unfortunately no. it is not designed to push-pull.
Im planning to buy the just rgb version of this cooler. Does it display just 1 color that you can change or how is it?
we don't have a RGB version of SE-214-XT. only the random spectrum and this ARGB sync version
