Comparing one chinese junk to another.
I compared it to my fluke and it tracked exactly. Not much choice these days because they don't make stuff here anymore.

Sometimes you get what you pay for, for most home users this cheap junk is good enough.

For the price it's a cheap meter, even if just to keep in the car toolkit
