  • Hello and welcome, in today’s video I’m going to be showing you how to make barbecue pulled pork in the Power XL. It goes good over bread or rice! Your choice!
    --------------------------
    Ingredients:
    • 1 boneless pork roast
    • 3 cups of wild cherry Pepsi
    • 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
    • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
    • 1 cup of ketchup
    • 1/4 cup of mustard
    • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
    • 1 cup of brown sugar
    --------------------------
    1. First you want to set your Power XL to the “Slow Cook” preset on 210 degrees for 3 hours. Then press start. Once you press start, add your pork roast to the Power XL.
    2. Now we will begin seasoning, add in your 1 packet of Lipton onion powder soup mix, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 3 cups of wild cherry Pepsi, 1 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of mustard, and your 1 cup of barbecue sauce. Then put the top on and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
    3. After 2-3 minutes, take the top off and mix it around a little bit. After mixing it, put the top back on and let it cook.
    4. When it stops circulating, take the top off and mix it again. Then put the top back on once again.
    5. After an hour passes, flip the meat over and put a little juice on top of it. Then put the top back on. After it’s been an hour and 47 minutes take the meat out and slice it. Once you finish slicing it, put the meat back into the Power XL with the top on so it can continue cooking.
    6. When your barbecue pulled pork looks thick or it’s reached the 27 minute mark. It’s ready to eat.
    --------------------------

This recipe, your cornbread recipe, and your Mac and cheese recipe…ok it’s official, Power XL company needs to make a cookbook using your recipes! I only used 3 of Eric Theiss’s recipes for this machine, I’ve used at least 6-8 of your recipes with this machine. Yep, they need to have you on their cooking team.😉😉😋🤗🤗😎😎
