People tend to over react to that, my old supervisor bought a LLY new and put over 260k miles on it never had a issue with that or injectors. Only thing that went out on him was the water pump at 160k from 2001-2006 are all good trucks, only issue with lb7 is the factory injectors. If they been replaced then you’re good. MY lb7 was great, LLY is the sweet middle one and LBZ are over rated and not worth the extra cost in my opinion, fyi I work on diesels for living

What’s your opinion on head gasket issues? Looking to buy one but people always say they are awful about blowing head gaskets
