Everyone told me to get this iron, so I got it for my birthday but for whatever reason my hair doesn’t hold this curling irons curls 😭 and it also rips my hair out at the bottom. I have never had this issue with a curling iron before. With how expensive this iron was I’m so sad. And I wish I would’ve read reviews on it first because apparently I’m not the only one with the issue 😭 my hair has NO problems with other high end curling irons so I have no idea what it is with this one. I love the long barrel. 🥺

Maybe Try a better holding spray and spray before you curl it.
