heyy so when i go to animate and try to tween my animation to like move the arms and stuff, it gets blurrier each frame and how do i fix that (flipaclip premium if that makes a difference)

I prefer 3D animation instead of 2D because in 2D you have to draw every single frame and paint this took alot of time. But in 3D we just have to create or download any model and animate it in just seconds.

no, you can do small in betweens or animation within every 24 seconds, it wouldn't be that same image unless youre animating a slideshow every second in 1 fps. you can do different pics every frame in every 24 seconds too, same goes for other fps, aswell.

It's not your fault, really.
The more FPS you have, the more frames you need to have for a second. Running an animation made in a lower FPS on a higher FPS results in very fast movement, as the animation will have less frames.
