Really good animation but one thing you could work on is not blurring frames because when the animation moves it naturally blurs but overall really good animation 🗿👍
So I'd actually recommend using two different layers for the stickman and the floor and that means inbetweens too but you can put stickman and the inbetweens in the same layer.

I prefer using pencil but you can do whatever. But pencils do work well but it all comes down to what you’re comfortable with!
