I returned from 5 days of hiking in Glacier National Park. Two days travel up there and back home meant stiff bodies. Oh my, I loved this jumpboard session. Now I really need to stretch out more. I did stretches and rolled my body on vacation but we hiked 9-10 miles every day and my body let's me know that.😊 Thanks for sharing this jumpboard session! I needed the change.
