I think the chart and the BPM at 1:23 didn't capture the intention of the composer, which is increasing BPM AND changing time signatures. If I were to time this part, it would probably be: 1. 137bpm 3/4 2. 183bpm 4/4 3. 229bpm 5/4 4. 275bpm 3/4 (or 6/4, they're pretty much the same) 5. 320bpm 7/4 6. 366bpm 4/4

I think what's happening in the beginning is that each alternating note is 3/5 into each beat, not the more obvious 2/3
