My auntie often carried cloves in her purse, which she kept in a small pill box and chewed as a breath freshener. My 4 year old relative suffered from asthma and was also autistic. When he saw my auntie eating cloves, he imitated her, and every day he would beg for one clove until one day his asthma completely gone.

While growing up, I never knew my dad to get sick. Things that he used to do have become more evident to me as I discover through teachings via the benefits of what he did. He never got sick. He consumed cloves, and other natural fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and herbs that I am now including in my diet and health regimen. GOD provides!!! Thank you for sharing.

Using olive oil with a few drops of clove oil is what I use for my children and grandchildren. When they were teething, it worked wonders. I was really into aromatherapy at the time, and had bought some clove oil and remembered the smell from when I was young in the toothache medicine my grandma used, so I decided to try it on my first born, not only did it help with her teething. All three of my children had perfect straight teeth and I did too, but I never realized it must’ve been my grandmother in the clothes, I am 69 now I don’t have all my teeth still but the ones I do are very good no toothaches but what happened to me happened in a car accident and then medication really messed my teeth up, I’m thinking about getting clothes again I have really been thinking about my health lately and using natural remedies that God gave us, I do not like GMO‘s. That’s what I consider pharmaceutical drugs. Well, I know that’s what they are. There’s synthetic prescription drugs changed a little bit from the natural form some people don’t understand it takes a little bit longer for some supplements to work, then a prescription drug but if you stick to it, it rapes great benefits God bless anyone who passes by here protect him, keep them in good health, and Jesus, I pray. Amen.

Best to keep whole cloves in mouth and simply soak between cheek and gums. Give a slight chew on one clove now and then. I use two. Keep in all day. Even at night. I've been using cloves since 2007.
If you get a tooth ache put about 1/8 tsp of ground cloves in an empty teabag. Then, roll and place between cheek and gums where toothache is. Tooth pain should be relieved in about 10 to 20 minutes. Replace daily as needed.

Whole, dried cloves (as compared to ground cloves as a powder) are hard and sharp and woody. I've started soaking several overnight, in a tiny shotglass of water, before I go to bed. By morning, they are soggy / spongey and a lot easier on the teeth; tongue; and inside of the mouth. I chew the soaked cloves and swallow them down, with the soak water they soaked in overnight. The taste is still quite the morning wake-up kick (!) but washing it all down with other water helps.

I started oil pulling for 20 min. in the morning [I started w/5 min, and worked up]. It took a while, but my gums are now pink and healthy. Never got the cleaning, and now I don't need it. Also, don't use toothpaste w/flouride, it attacks the thyroid. Neem or xylitol are better options. Good luck!

Ever since I discovered that the main ingredient in Tooth Ache (product sold over the market) was clove oil, I started to chew on cloves whenever one of my teeth starts hurting. After doing so, it could be weeks, months or even over a year before I even have to do so again. The stuff's just pure magic. Recently, I did buy a bottle of clove oil (chewing cloves and then pulling the refuse through your teeth for 5 minutes is a bit nasty; lol), but honestly, just chewing on cloves, imo, is a better way. Highly recommend chewing (then pulling through your teeth) on cloves for 5 minutes then rinsing out your mouth with water if you ever get a tooth ache. Mouth and tongue might be a bit numb for the next 30 minutes to an hour; just fyi. :)

I chew two or three cloves a day and I chew them thoroughly as opposed to just swallowing them. I'm a t2 diabetic and these keep my blood glucose levels under control better than any medication. But be careful they can lower it that much and sometimes that fast you can end up having a hypo.
I also eat raw garlic and ginger for blood pressure control. I have a ginger and clove tea twice a day which I forgot to mention but raw ginger which I take for blood pressure apparently takes blood glucose down too.

@@funkecole2000 I never measure anything I'm afraid. I just take half a dozen thin slices about an inch long off a piece of ginger twice a day have it in food or drink. I eat a raw clove of garlic but a lot of people can't eat it like that I understand so you put it in something toward the end of cooking. Slice very thinly or grate may help. I'll gues the ginger grated would be a heaped teaspoon full. Chew a couple of cloves through the day as well because they all help toward your health and well being.
I also take supplements... Zinc Vitamin D3 Magnesium (3 types in one pill) B complex Codliver oil Vitamin C and eat nuts and berries everyday. I eat around ten eggs a week and a lot of fresh veg soups or curries.
I eat very few things out of packets and boxes I never eat crisps or in American ... chips.
I read labels and if theres a list of chemicals it goes back on the shelf because I want food not foodlike items. If I can't pronounce it or don't know what it is it goes back on the shelf.

Don't 'mislead' yourself to think it's just cloves.
The practice of chewing on a specific herb in small amounts through out the day is a small part of Ayurveda, practiced for generations.
In selecting a herb specific to an imbalance...chewing, masticating well then swallowing such herbs can help much in tandem with other approaches to the same imbalances.
If for example, you find you are getting an upset stomach from too much coffee. The obvious is to stop drinking so much, but you can also as many times as comfortable chew thoroughly a few cardamom pods(and their seeds inside) at a time, and swallow the juices and spitting out the fibre from the shell.
Be careful of the herb you select(including my suggestion). Everyone has their own constitution and there is no one herb fits all and can contribute towards imbalances themselves. Some people might be too sensitive to cloves and may in fact not be helpful at all.

Thank you for your comment. Not everything works for everyone the same. Every single human body is the same, yet different and an herb that helps one person, can be a hinderance to another. I'm of the belief that you try something, test it yourself and then, most importantly, LISTEN to your own body.

There's at least a dozen besides black mold that we are all exposed to and cause all sorts of undesirable outcomes. If you haven't already, perhaps deep diving the subject may offer some source of the issue and then find a permanent solution.
Most Drs. don't regularly look for this root problem unless you bring it to their attention. Hope you feel better 👍🏼

Cloves are very therapeutic and useful with sore throats, sinusitis and upper respiratory ailments and upset stomachs, bad breath etc. Clove oil is very powerful in fighting bacteria and toothache pain on bad tooth nerves. Clove teas or sassafras teas lower blood pressure as well. Native Americans used Sassafras root teas for headaches, stomach aches , diarrhea. Also they used cloves for pain and circulation issues. Amazing stuff those old Indian remedies for medicinal purposes. Early days of Pharmaceuticals from natures plants .

I remember my grandmother and my mother used to put clothes in ham. I know something I forgot to say if you take a lemon cut it in half put clothes in it and bring it outdoors or if you mix take some extra-virgin olive oil, that’s high in polyphenols, a good brand is Briggs extra-virgin olive oil you can buy it at Walmart there’s a doctor on here that’s a heart doctor used to be sell some extra-virgin olive oil from Morocco and it’s so expensive for a half a liter it’s crazy so I did research myself and found the extra-virgin olive rich in polyphenols you can add a few drops of clove lawyer, a few drops of lemon oil, or a real lemon, cut in half and stick clothes in it to keep mosquitoes away. some people find clothes a little hot from what I remember. Anyway, I’m thinking about starting my own RUclips channel but there’s so many on here that are doing this now but the thing I do not like is there actually really I’m here to make money which there’s nothing wrong with that, but I don’t want to sell my own supplements. I want to recommend people who make pure supplements, not synthetic and let you know where you can get like the extra-virgin olive oil brags and if I tell you, it’s probably going to go up in price since I am letting the cat out of the bag but I honestly want to help people I just don’t want it to get so expensive I can’t buy it any longer lol
