I agree that pking was hella fun pre-eoc but all I remember is it being dead asf (except edge pking and revs), also no PJ timer making polypore, dclaw, storm of armadyl, korasi pjers under marker plants very effective at rushing you mid fight. It was by no means perfect but god damn was it fun. Though I hadn’t played until ‘08, my brother who played since ‘03 considered pre-free trade removal wilderness the golden age. Is that biased? Probably asf but everyone I know who played back then preach it like something we’ll never get ever again.

Never could get into pking in osrs seemed like all pking is now is just spec their full HP.

Ragging is when you attack somebody that you have no business attacking especially to irritate someone and is done in any gear however usually pkerrs rag in rushing gear. The term originates from the phrase " on the rag."

Any reason they don't allow the vls to be used in a worlds in the wilderness? Would make it be used more, also i think its attack level requirement needs to be increased like the rapier recently has if so.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought they changed it so the PJ Timer doesn't apply on Target Worlds? So the Target Worlds are the only ones without a PJ timer now, basically the opposite of what it used to be. If you try to hop to a Target World in the wilderness you get a warning message saying there's no PJ timer anyway.
They claimed they did, but they infact did not. This was pointed out to them by multiple content creators immediately following the update and they've still not changed that lmao

bro i used to have a turmoil pure on rs2 prior to eoc, with chaotic maul, corrupted vestas etc.. for the first week or two after i finished the build i could put soul split on and literally afk pk it was the dumbest shit.

I used to hunt black chins in target world with a vls anti-pk setup. Got ragged by the venezuelan gold farmers, killed all of them, all 5. Vls is insane.

the thing is that it only allows rich (and for experimented pkers) to use such a weapon, so it only makes the gap between the rich and veteran players and regular players who wanna get into pking,.
Imagine learning to pk, start risking your ags for first time to find a rich guy in max with 1tick swiches wthat would delete you with this sword. its happening to me in rev caves
@@lucasparra2585 Well first, to get the sword u need to do LMS, which is good practice for ppl who enter the wildy that aren't good at pking. Second 50m is hardly only for rich ppl, claws r more expensive. AGS should be worth way more. Third, what's the difference between this and a pvmer doing Phosani? U need to be good and rich to do that, isn't that unfair then?
