Yep, real bonehead move on my part. The trail is clearly marked - I was just in my own little world. Suddenly there was a car behind me and I thought 'he shouldn't be on the trail!' Had to pull over to let him by. You almost have to try to take a wrong turn. But somehow I managed to do it.
@@wheelrideforbeer I’m surprised I haven’t done the same on that trail. Where are you located? I’m in the Kernersville area. If you’re near by I’d love to meet up on your next group ride or bike camping trip.
I don't know how to send it! Technology is not a strength. I found it on ridewithgps. There are at least 2 i see on that site. I used the one created by Laura if you can search that site. It is called Todd to Damascus down Creeper Trail. Search Todd and Damascus. I started a little past Todd, so my distance is a little shorter. Hers is 47.8 miles. To make sure you find the right one, the cue sheet includes Three Top Rd., Willie Walker Road, Whenlin Ridge and Farmers Store. I was up there 2 days ago after the hurricane. Part of Three Top is washed out and At least one bridge is compromised as well. Didn't go past Three Top but am sure it will not be rideable for a few months. Good one for next year!
