First time i ever saw someone diy-ing things so neatly.. I am a sucker for neat and detailed stuff.. But so many youtubers just do such a bad job.
i saw one family doing a renter friendly stick on flooring (a totally acceptable and easily reversible diy) but they didnt stagger the planks... idk how much you know about wood and plank flooring, but thats a BIG no no. also, they had a bunch of areas where the same wood pattern was next to itself (another big no no and a huge tip off that the flooring isnt real). it bothered me to no end😂😂 they were happy with it tho so what do i care!

I'm really glad to see more realistic home makeovers. My boyfriend and I are moving into an apartment about the size of yours, and I want it to still feel nice, like a home. I think this video had some good tips. Thankfully our new landlady is friendly to renters making changes
You should make a “my tool box necessities” video or something since from watching your vids, I’ve noticed your one what of a handyman/crafty person. I think you should make a video of all the tools/supplies you would need to recreate your diys. I know you show them during the vid but I think it’d be far more beneficial to show and explain the uses of each tool/product.

It looks perfect! I think a good idea to solve the light problem would be to add a led light wire/cable under the upper cabinets. The environment would become even more pleasant!
Best thing to use when applying caulk to weird surfaces - a wet finger. No joke.
i tried it, it was still hell 🤦🏽♀️
Soapy water on your finger or just pour some soapy water right on the caulk and use a finger!

Very nice makeover. I live in 475 sqft apartment and find it is enough space for me alone but I do have bedroom separated from living/kitchen area. I love these makeover vids since they give me ideas for my own space and I am 3-4 months in this decorating process and every day I see ideas I can use. Def very useful and nicely shot video. :)
