@@ArttuAunola That wasn't supposed to be a joke, he's serious and so am I. Two things that don't make any sense: First - you have Black Ice album with yellow logo CD digipak, true fan would buy all versions, which come also with red, blue and silver logo. Second - you covered that painted Gibson SG on the wall with some cabinet. True fan wouldn't do that, if you don't have more space in your room, just put that cabinet where the window is. Who needs windows?! F them. Therefore I also need more evidence that you are a fan of AC/DC.
@@ArttuAunola Jokes on you! You also don't have the AC/DC Live from 1992, High Voltage and T.N.T. (australia only version), Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap with original australian cover, but I didn't want to make you feel even worse! ... and now jokes aside. Great collection my friend! I'm twice your age and my passion for AC/DC have always been just as big as yours! I started to listen to them quite differently, to be exact it was through the soundtrack for old as s*** video game, nonetheless I also started to collect everything I could. I was dreaming about that sweet cherry Gibson SG for years and years but unfortunately I had to wait a little longer than you, because I didn't buy one until I was working young adult. PS. One thing that hurts my eyes tho - I would never drill a hole in high value guitar like Gibson SG, especially not in the new one, but I also understand you desire for that specific Gibson with batwing pickguard and maestro vibrola, best looking guitar ever! I just like my guitars as they are, I don't like changing things, but whatever makes ou happy! PPS. Not a lot of people who are obsessed with music style like AC/DC are also into Children of Bodom ;) but I guess there are two of them at least haha! Big fan of them too! Have a great weekend, Arttu 🤘
thank you so much, your comment made my day! it did definitely feel wrong to drill a hole into the guitar, but i kept it stock for a month first to make sure i still wanted to do it. now i can safely say i don’t regret it at all. 😄 AC/DC was my first obsession, then came Metallica and a few years after that Slipknot, which was my gateway into extreme metal. i’m Finnish so COB was a natural expansion of that, they are a national treasure over here. i feel like there is a time in every young Finnish guitar player’s life when they want to be Alexi! have a nice weekend as well! 🤘🏻
That’s awesome! Angus is a massive influence on me too. I too wanted a batwing pick guard. Mid last year after 10 years I finally got a true Gibson SG and it’s such an amazing guitar.
I am so jealous seeing you with that SG since i am a huge ACDC fan myself. I love my Epiphone but i would kill for a gibson like that. I absolutely loved the video, the story telling and editing was very nice. It feels good to see a fan like you online here completely obsessing over the band. Wishing you well, awesome video!
Love this. I'm not an electric player or a rock player, but I play acoustic and I lead worship for my church's youth. I'm 14 years old and my current situation could not be better. I love my guitar. It's a Yamaha FX335C.
I've been an AC/DC fan since 1971 seeing them four times and even though I'm many years older than you they are the absolute best. I own a couple of Les Paul standards one custom shop again like you I am looking for that ideal SG. Rock on brother you're on the right track.
thank you! i wish i could have seen them with Bon too, but nonetheless i’m super grateful i got to see them even if it was just once and that late in their career! i love Brian just as much as Bon 😄
I felt the same way about old Kramer guitars with big hockey stick headstocks when I was younger. I finally ended up just building my own as my senior project. It’s still my main axe 🎸
A very inspiring story bro! It proves that when things get to you they do! It just takes a bit of time and patience ..and it will pay off in the end :) 👍
Great story , I got my dream guitar way back in 1982 , a 1981 Gibson Les Paul standard cherry sunburst , it was very expensive but worth every penny and it's still in mint condition 🎸🎶
@@ArttuAunola no problem. This was the best video. It just made my day. I’m 15. Ac dc really is the best Aussie band of all time. You can never have a bad day when they come on.
Cheers from USA.Happy for you man! I am 40 years old. My first real guitar was an SG Juinor Epiphone Funny fact, AC/DC is so engrained in American culture and radio, that it wasn't until LAST YEAR that finally found out they're from Australia. ahahah Music will always be in your blood man. It will always be there for you when no one else is, it will never judge you, call you names or let you down.
very true! when i was younger i didn’t really know where they were from either haha. i knew Angus was Scottish but the band was Australian. i was like what?? 😂
I’m going through your same journey, I’ve been looking for a Washburn ml stealth with dimebuckers and a whammy bar. I’ve found loads at reasonable prices, but it wouldn’t arrive for another 3 months. 3 MONTHS!!! ok let’s have a look at some that’ll arrive soon… £1,500!!!??
That’s super badass!!! I got my dream guitar for Christmas!! A Univox Hi-Flier phase 4 like Kurt Cobains!! In the heart shaped box music video!! That SG is so so cool very nice looking guitar!! Looks just like Angus Young’s absolutely incredible man!
the AI voice completely invalidates this video. it can't even say AC/DC right bro. you should repost this with your own voice if it's true about the guitar, YOU tell YOUR story, it would be much better if it was real
I'm here because a proper Gibson SG was on Marketplace for £100.. I got it for £92... and feel very lucky tbh. And c'mon man.. they're NEVER "just a piece of wood" 👍🏼
I have a Gibson SG Faded Special with an Angus Young signature bridge pickup and a 57 humbucker in the neck position. It looks similar to yours, but it doesn’t have the vibrola. I know for a fact Angus Young would NOT be able to play my SG because the neck is too fat for his small hands.
@@ArttuAunola Thanks man, as a 11 year old I will have to save for a while, I own a James Hetfield Snakebyte (no thats not a typo) that took me a year to save for (its second hand though)

for sure!
I might need more proof that you’re an AC/DC fan. I’m still skeptical.
i burst out laughing at that 😭😭
