    This was the best Shia looked in all of the seasons. She smiles and is so happy, she has that spark of excitement that comes with having your work shown to the world...which only exists before Hollywood takes over and makes it theirs. Back to the ways of the days of old.

      Umm...it's like Women don't wear white like all white during her wedding because it's a mourning colour actually white is what a widow wears(in hindu culture 'traditionally') And Bride in Red is appreciated as Red on wedding is like a good omen. It's complicated but yeah...
      And the groom wore an off white sherwani so he won't steal the spotlight from Bride's lehenga and her look. On wedding day The Bride is More colourful and Bright the groom on the other side is more calm and soothing.

    • @OrangeMilkBlossom
      @OrangeMilkBlossom 6 лет назад +37

      architam his suit wasn't white it was a golden-ish white. When they say white they mean pure white. Also, in Indian weddings the bride is supposed to stand out the most and with all the other guests wearing vibrant colours white wont compete - the bride is supposed to be the main focus and the groom to complement her, not compete with her in terms of standing out.

    • @sarcasticcynic2664
      @sarcasticcynic2664 6 лет назад +15

      He did not choose the white, if you see what he says carefully @7:47 he mentions that he is staying away from an all white and also the one he chose is custom made from India and @8:23 Shivangi mentions that it would be in a colour that he is comfortable with. MIL does sound a bit controlling though.

      Amisha Basnet it’s because she is getting married in a Gurudwara, them and I are the same religion and you can’t show too much skin except arms at the Gurudwara, but people now show a LITTLE bit of belly

    I have even greater respect for your store knowing that you make 90% of what is in there. It is such beautiful gowns and wedding attire❣️❣️❣️❣️
    This couple could not have smiled any bigger and the wedding attire they chose was so beautiful and perfect for them. I wish them much happiness PS I thought the mother/mother-in-law to be was so pleasant to work with them without getting angry or ugly and I think this is a positive thing to say for this culture compared to other cultures that just cuss and yell and scream at each other and it embarrasses me to see that publicly or in the privacy of their home it’s just wrong, so Blessings to this LOVELY FAMILY WHO SOLVED THEIR DIFFERENCES OF OPINION SO POLITELY & RESPECTFULLY!!! I WISH YOU MUCH HAPPINESS ON YOUR WEDDING DAY & IN YOUR MARRIAGE!!

    • @KenGud

      zoya basu even if they live so long in the US, Punjabi’s usually stick in a tight group, only speaking Punjabi or Hindi and spending time with people from Gurdwara. I knew an auntie who has been here in the US for 17 years and cannot speak English and it was hard to communicate, but we can adjust by learning their language too.

    I have watched all the episodes from every season, and this is my favorite. The bride and groom are both really sweet people, and fun to watch. Nazranaa Diaries is my favorite show, and I binge watch it occasionally. I hope it’s on forever. I love Shia and Shashank, and the clothes are gorgeous.

    I love your series! I am not of the Indian culture but nevertheless I am captivated by the traditions, the designs and all those beautiful colors, all very well made. The intricacies of the designs are just so captivating!
    Your amazing personality and design knowledge of knowing how to guide the brides and grooms in selecting the appropriate styles for their special events clearly is spectacular!!! I wish you much continued success in your business and look forward to watching more episodes! 🙏
