@@kaz5726is this tuning supposed to be higher than e standard I'm so fucking confused right now because I have this in a tuner and every fucking note is higher than each pitch in e standard. I'm trying to learn to play scourge of Iron by Cannibal corpse and I'm so confused
@@chaseloftis2735 Your tuner probably just doesn't go that low because it is lower it's not higher

@187Guitarplayer I'm not entirely sure how you message someone on RUclips but the tuning that would be really handy to have is AEADEA (also known as "baritone dadgad")
G# and G is the lowest tuning you can get before everything starts sounding like crap in my opinion
I strung my guitar with the Ernie Ball regulars (10-46 gauge), and I'm about to tune my guitar to G# Standard, and play some Scourge of Iron - Cannibal Corpse! Also, I'm in D Standard as of now. Let's see how this goes.
Edit: My strings are very flimsy, but I'm ready to play some Cannibal Corpse now!
You’re gonna need much thicker strings than that my friend. Probably something closer to a .64 or .66 on the low string and an 11-52 set (just ditch the high 11) for the remaining strings.

You could also put your capo on the 4th fret
This is tuned down, not up. You’d have to tune 4 steps down from standard E to achieve this tuning
Cannibal Corpse - Surround, Kill, Devour
I've got to play my mandolin with a guy who has his guitar tuned this way. My head is exploding. If he is playing what he calls "chords D, G and A", does this mean I need to play in the key of Gb?

Why is it that when I put this into my fender tuner app it sounds two to three steps higher than standard tuning I'm getting so frustrated because I want to learn this one song and I'm afraid that I'll break all six strings from the fucking tension am I doing something wrong?
Standard Bass & Guitar tuning=
E-is the top string
-A- 2nd
-D- 3rd
-G- bottom string
Most bass are kept here.
DropD and C are fine, but declines in note clearity after drop C and lower.

Can this tuning be in someway applied to a 12 strings im trying to play an old song
uh.. probably? you'd have to just tune the 6 other strings down along with it. but..good luck getting back up to standard. no doubt one of them will break.
