Hey in case theres a chance you see this i have a question about the holine flashlight, is the folding hinge metal or plastic? The braun flashlight has a plastic folding hinge and i dont like that so i was curious!
So far so good and the magnet definitely is as good as the Icon for sure. I keep it on the side of my toolbox when I'm not using it and it doesn't fall off.
Just picked one of the other day at the HF one day sale. The green indicator lights should come on as it's charging. I suggest taking it back and swapping it for a new one. Great deal for $20 !
Same happened to me. The USB C wire it came with for some reason it doesn’t charge with it. I had another spare and it charged with that cable. The green lights flash while charging.

The Hotligh has infinite brightness adjustment. Try reading the instructions.

Got myself a different one last year, the magnetic base is the best thing about them 👍
I really like the Amazon one and yeah the base is great...I can't imagine if it wasn't magnetic. It would just fall over constantly I'm sure lol.
