There is a pin tip sized air hole dead center of the cap of the tank. Careful about sloshing while you drive. Thanks for the video. I wish they had a screw-cap mount to permanently install the pump onto the jerry can.
Maybe someone will figure something out and let us know how make it happen.great idea on montung the pump right on the can.

Hello fantastic video i too plan to have my tank inside. Do you get any diesel smells from the tank when the cap is on thanks.
I use the same transfer pump when I get extra fuel in a can for backup.
