For my hay fever I sometimes take antihistamines (Loratadine), which help quite good. 👍🏼 Maybe give it a try!

Hello Shannon! I loved watching this longer vlog, you should film more often. I also suffer from pollen allergies in spring time, and it started a couple of years after I moved to where I live now (basically in the middle of the fields, so in spring time the levels of pollen are crazy high here!). Every january/ february, I start using Blackcurrant drops (ribes nigrum), 50 drops 3 times a day, and this helps to bust the immunity system and it helps to ease the allergies. Also, somebody recommended to me to drink goat's milk, as it also helps with the allergies. So I do that and I also have some nose drops from herbalist store that I use every time before leaving the house. It helps, in terms that for the past couple of years I didn't have to take any "real" medication. I'd definitely recommend the blackcurrant drops, but you have to start using them before the spring arrives, as it takes some time for them to act, and they may not be as effective if you start taking them when it's already april and you're in the middle of the allergy season. What do you usually use to prevent or ease your allergies? xo from Italy
