👉“It's an 8*50 long course from a dive, 4 on 2 minutes, so just have that right there, 4 on 2 minutes, 2 on 1'30", 2 on 1 minute, usually 3 rounds, so 24*50 total, 4 minutes between each,” says 🦅Cali Condors’ captain.

Mens 100 fly final tomorrow in Budapest... No real excitement should be expected, gonna be easy prey for Milák without Dressel. But health first. Wish him good recovery.
what does X "ON" X means? like u have to get the amount (4x50m done in for example 4 minutes?) or what??
Basically it’s like you’re supposed to start the next 50 every 4 minutes. So like 4x50, if you swim a 50 in 26s then you get 3 minutes and 24s of rest before the next 50. Then it continues until you finish the set

Dressel is 191cm tall, but next to the dressel...
I though the same, the interviewer has to be 2 m
he's not 191 he's more along le lines of 188
Ok but which speed? 100%, 90% or even just 80%?
Probably 100% if it’s meant to be a sprint set
