Good on you for pushing on, the true enjoyment of Eve comes from overcoming each adversity that is throw at you...and there will be many. But if you stop think and try different ways to overcome your current issue you will reach higher and high levels of enjoyment and open up more and more of the game each time. o7
Good on ya! Sometimes EVE is a love-hate thing, but if you got the mettle, then that becomes one of its greatest strengths and holds! Thanks for sharing this too - it's hard for some of us bitter jaded oldbro's to see things from that perspective!
@@suvetar You're welcome! 😄 It's really easy to get sucked into the politics of a game after playing it for a while. EVE is definitely a love-hate game, but that definitely makes it so great and unique! Successes feel so much better after failing a few times lol
Glad you kept pushing on! Eve is a different game than any game I have ever played. I played for years solo, quit and came back then join a corp which I really enjoyed. Glad you found a corp you enjoyed and made friends. Eve with friends is the best! If you ever find your self burning out, Eve offers other things to do. I really enjoy diving into wormholes and mapping out the chain. Scanning things down, and bookmarking things for corp friends to do (Gas Huffing, Combat sites, Hacking and finding content). If I wanna be lazy, I join our mining fleet while watching TV, etc. etc. If I wanna escape K-Space for awhile, our Corp has a wormhole. I will spend a few days there just ratting for blue loot and huffing. Again there is so much you can do! 7o
@@K2_Chris Yes, I've been loving the variety of options! Recently started doing combat sites and have been having a lot of fun with them when I don't feel like mining. 😄
I've found that you have to push yourself to get enough sleep, make sure to appreciate the small things that you have in your life, and when possible... help others however you can... when you have depression. Focusing on helping other's issues helps to stop you from focusing in a self-destructive way on yours. These things are usually how I've learned to cope over the decades. Be well and take care! 🙂
Eve is great but to make it last you need to set goals. I need to do X now because I want to do Y later. Chain a few of those together and it's very rewarding. Just be extremely careful of which corp you join...GL and fly safe o7

@@Meatpiesgaming Thank you! :D Yes, it's a very rewarding experience when you learn how to handle different situations!

@@GamerXenith Of course. Why go through adversity if you don't learn how to cope with it and therefore teach others(rhetorical)? 😄
Keep going forward you will eventually emerge into the light. :) I subscribed today.

A tip for your channel, either get a better microphone or speak more clearly/loudly instead of whispering.
@@tinylittledragon9412 Thank you and yes, I'll be working on improving how I record my voice! :3
