Nebraska would be a great move for him. The school and state would be very welcoming, he’s got his Mom and Dad attending NU football games as fans, Fred Hoiberg is a great coach, and he’d have plenty of opportunity to prove himself, as I’m sure the basketball program is desperate to have a name and eventually get put on the map. Plus Big 10 competition, plenty of opportunity for tv exposure. It’s a low pressure, but potential high reward move.
Because you're the child of a professional athlete don't guarantee you anything!! Nada dig? A few may excel to a certain level most fail. That is why it's good to get an education and find your own true self worth in life, amen.
Just my opinion, he got hurt then healed up and because he never got enough time to show his stuff he went to another school the following year.. I say he a lot spoiled.. he's not that good, I've seen kids 5-6 years younger than him that could take him to the Gravel Pit.
He is good compared to an avg person, but the NBA level is insane. To me he does not look like an NBA player but looks like a D3 or so level guy. You never know how good he can be if he works on his game but right now I do not project him to play past college level, he does not look like an overseas level prospect either.
Simple... Kids aren't clones. At best under the ideal circumstances they are close Simulates. Being a child of a notable should not hold the expectation of surpassing their parents.
these NBA dads should have their sons focus on a specialty like being a 3 point shooting specialist. With a good shooting coach they'd have a much better shot at making it to the NBA than trying to be some all round baller like their dads.
That makes no sense at all... If Joe Bryant took the approach you're talking about Kobe would have been a defensive specialist and not one of the top three players of all time.
Why not use your resources and prepare him for Med. School. Rappers and basketball players are a dime a dozen. Change the narrative... STEM is a the future for Black Youth. 🤔🤔
