How to make a shrug- From a Rectangle!

In this video I'll teach you how to assemble a shrug from a simple rectangle, it's so easy to do! This is a one size project. This is great for beginners who crochet or knit, you just need a rectangle. It doesn't matter what stitches you use for it. At the end I'll talk a bit about changing up the sizing.
