Hello sir...A few questions...Does epinephrine also cause vasoconstriction of coronary blood vessels?? And what is the clinical use of nor epinephrine??
Hello, thank you very much for your explanation.. Though it's complex, but it's so interesting! Actually 18 minutes of your video save my 40 minutes of searching and trying to understand this topic. Thank you very much 😁 Sorry, can I get your summary/ presentation file about this topic? Thank you before..

Hello! I found your video extremely informative and helpful for my research. I was wondering if you could explain to me the effects of fasting on Epinephrine and Nor-Epinephrine. Thank you, much appreciated! :)
Fasting (and starvation) will put my body in the counterregulatory hormone state (anti-insulin state: i.e. glucagon, cortisol, and epinephrine). Please refer to my video titled: Insulin vs Glucagon (Endocrinology Playlist).
Question. At 15:38 - what’s the use of giving IV epi if the patient is having cardiac arrest, meaning no pump and no blood flow. How will the IV epi reach the heart??
You usually give it through a central line. It reaches the heart because the circulation is not 100% stagnant. In addition, veins have valves and they have some muscles to guide the blood towards the heart. Moreover, asystole refers to the ventricles, not the atria.
Still water + adrenaline + noradrenaline + hawk tuah + anger issues + balkan parents + english or Spanish + german stare + Balkan rage + mango mango + phonk + those who know=💀
Sir if pt with a cardiac arrest is given 1 ampule of epinephrine ie low dose and still pt didn't improve so should we give? One more shot of epinephrine? Then it's will act same as nor epinephrine.. Right so what to do in such case?
My sister went to cardiac arrest and she was on norepinephrine and epinephrine drips through IV and she was also on a vasopressin IV drip. Please explain why
The graphics are excellent/ BUT WHY IS IT THAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND MOST OF THE WORDS? Low-quality sound system? Degradation of my hearing because of aging? I watch a lot of courses and lectures on RUclips videos and rarely have this problem. I thing one cause is the lack of attention to the need to articulate clearly.
