if the club i’m looking at has e64 and NAL which one would be better if i was looking for a ecnl club. and what is the difference in skill from Nal and e64
What if i have nothing better in my area? For example, in Peoria illinois, the only good team is central illinois united, and they play E64 the closest mls next, ecnl, ecnl rl team is in chicago The closest team at that higher level would be minimum 1 hour 30 away im a freshman at the moment and cant move i know i can play at a higher level but there is nothing in my area and i cant drvie that far to chicago, what should i do?
im sorry but this just isnt true.. 5 Players in the past 6 years have played at my local club that is entering E64 for the first time this year. its not just "the college coaches will close the email" it depends how good you are. check ryan holmes on marshall, max trethewey on WVU, and Michael Luechauer (played for USL Academy) for UC San Diego. none of these players played for MLS NEXT. so dont shoot down ur dreams just because some guy on youtube says that you cant make it because us dont play at the HIGHEST level. holmes and trethewey are currently starting games an dscoring for TOP 10 teams in division one soccer.

@@collegesoccerguy none mate. I’m a freshman. I’m just saying that D1-D2 college coaches will close the email and not even entertain the player is that’s just blatantly misinformation and top NCAA D1 teams have non ecnl/mls next players
Great info! Question. My daughter just graduated (2024)plays E64 and was recruited to a D3 school that she she will attend in August. Her E64 coach wants her to play in a national tournament at the end of this month. College starts at the beginning of August. College coach has given blessing, but should she play?
NPL Pro stands for National Premier League Player Recruitment Opportunity. NPL Pro is a league that focuses on providing opportunities for players to be scouted by colleges. While it's a good platform for exposure, especially for Division 3 schools and some mid-tier programs, it's not considered the highest level of youth soccer in the US. Leagues like ECNL and MLS Next are generally regarded as more competitive and offer better exposure to top-tier college programs. However, if you're playing in NPL Pro, it can still be a valuable experience for your development and college recruitment process.
Why isn’t NPl not a higher rank tier? I know teams that are in NPL division that beat the ECNL leagues.
NPL is on the same ladder (us club soccer) and is third tier of that going up is ECRL then ECNL

NAL is the better league with better competition and you will get more exposure. If ECNL is on the table shoot for that.
@@collegesoccerguy thank you so much

You would have to find away out there.
