This explains a lot of the differences between me and my mother, and also some similarities. She's an ESTJ, and I've rarely seen a person more thorough and dedicated to their tasks than she. She's always got too much to do, but she does everything to the best of her abilities. And it's very rare that she doesn't follow through with a plan. I'm an INTJ, and I can also get shit done, especially at work. I love to plan, but I value efficiency and often think something is good enough, and will not spend a lot of time on something I'm doing if I find I can easily get to good enough. I love to plan and structure, but I'm not bound by the plan and can easily change it.
Do you think you're stronger using Te because of your mom? I feel like I have a better grasp on Fe because of my ESFJ mom and curious to hear how she affected your life 😃
@@justcallmejon22 That's an interesting question. I know she pushed me to be independent and to set goals in life, like getting a degree from a university (no one in my family had done that previously). I think I probably would have wanted to do that even if she hadn't, but she did push me to move beyond my ideas of how life should be and to actually do something about it. And she's been a great role model for getting shit done, combined with the fear of letting her down if I didn't. I still think she works herself way too hard, though. Our clashes were mostly to do with Si/Ni. Her Si told her that our apartment should be clean and nice, that clothes should be folded in a certain way. She always wants to be organised, both in work and with things/environment. My Ni kept me too busy to notice or care if my room was clean, if my clothes were on the floor or in the closet, and I certainly didn't care if they were folded "right", or even folded at all (I'm still crap at that..). She always complained that I could never find anything and that I had no sense of direction. It makes perfect sense now that I realize that being as much in my head as I am I don't notice things other people almost can't believe it's possible not to notice. I don't remember where I put things, so I've learned as an adult to always put things in the same place. Sometimes I forget to do that, and I spend ages looking. I usually don't remember where I've been when driving or walking, so having GPS on my phone is awesome. I am a bit jealous, though. High Si seems like such a joy when it leads to really being present in the ordinary moments in life and finding joy in them. I watch a BookTuber that I think must have high Si, and you can see how her entire being is just incredibly joyful and happy when she's out in the snow, or notices an animal outside, and when she's surrounded by plants in her apartment or has decorated her bookshelves. A little side-note at the end: I really appreciate your content. I've learned a lot from your videos, and since I don't know a single high Ni user (unless they are people I don't know well enough to try to type), it's somehow comforting to get to know someone who can to a larger degree understand how the world looks from my perspective.
As a low Te user I think Te is pretty pissed it ended up at the bottom of my psychological hierarchy. It thinks the three bosses above it are stupid and incompetent, but it can't escape :D
The problem with extroverted thinking is it's very reductive, they make decisions based upon very shallow knowledge, because they think they know enough and are more focused on action then thourougly understanding something. That can have very bad consequences.Effeciency is good. But only for certain things that are by themselves shallow.Extroverted thinking simplifies things that are complex.
very interesting take I agree with most points. Regarding the differences between Te doms and Te secondary here is what I have learned after years of observing, and interacting with Te doms in my life and being a Te secondary myself (INTJ). IxTJs in general are actually more prone producing high quality work. ExTJs produce a lot of work but are at risk of producing lower quality work since they dont take the time to check their work and be thorough. IxTJs tend to be more workaholics than ExTJs because Introversion in general tends to be more workaholic. Extroverts due to their need for social interaction are more prone to being distracted. Extroverts also can not concentrate on tasks as well as introverts. Proof of this is that many Te doms come off as introverts because in an attempt to be more productive they willfully adopt more introverted traits. The fact that ExTJs move towards introversion and away from extroversion to get more work done demonstrates the validity of this point. Both Te doms and secondary types are willing to scale to the top of Te mountains and then look for another one to scale the only difference is that ExTJs will rely more on the tribe to tell them which mountains to scale, while the IxTJs want to make that decision for themselves. Your last point is spot on about how Te doms are more stubborn and less willing to adopt other people's systems, whereas Te secondary is more open and actively seeks the advice of others on what systems they should adopt. Also, I am INTJ, and I also work even on vacation I see work as being fun :)
I agree with your conclusions to an extent. I don't think the quality of work is type dependant as opposed to the individual. The person with more passion and experience on the project tends to produce higher quality regardless of their type and the quality of work is subjective. I also don't fully agree that the IxTJs are more of a workholic than the ExTJs because then we'll have to define the word. Networking and building an enviornment of success for the group is also working, the effort is just external to the product itself. So they're working on something that relates to the product but from a macro sense. I do agree that the introverts can focus longer on the project itself.
I’m happy as an INTJ that I have Te in my 2nd function because I’ve noticed the ENTJ and ESTJ make too many mistakes because always so focused they destroy themselves
Same, the 2nd position of a function, is the most efficient in certain cases. They want to do the things so quickly, too quickly, and because of their Fi 4th, they miss a part of the judging informations, that it lead to make mistakes. (also because of their Si or Ni 7th trickster/blindspot)
"... we have the ability to ignore high emotions, especially during time of stress". Well said. A day where nothing needs to be done or when it's "for relaxing", it feels terrible to not be productive or busy on something. It makes one restless, feel useless and with the urge to look for anything else. It's sad that I feel better at work where shit can be done, than when I am at home for cooldown.
24:00 low ne users do this as well, but when using maps. I used to be incredible with maps, and probably an underrated skill of mine, walking across the street. Situational awareness is oftentimes about Ne. However, this idea of ‘outsourcing’ or ‘using proxies’ is why people refer to a map, while i sometimes, very rarely disregard the map when i know there is a better way. The map for your reference is life, and also literal maps.
Thanks for the empowering INTJ insights and nuance. Couldn't agree more with Te's superpower to connect, fix and improve systems efficiently yet coming off forceful, bossy and arrogant at times. Despite the externalised logic of Te, a key blind spot due to emotional disconnect I find is Fi paralysis and inaction, trapped by anxiety, excuses and self doubt.
Fi is going to Fi. I learned that we're most efficient when we align Fi with Te as early as possible but even then, we'd still fall into the paralysis that you speak of occasionally 😂
12:00 i totally understand that 😢 it only becomes obvious when we observe how Te dom generally treat everyone and how they treat you. They might scold you but then you see its their worry for you (yeah even the hurtful remarks and taunts) or offer to fix your problems... they might not console you but they never back off from giving a shoulder to cry on.... (saying that in context of an XSTJ)...
"... we have the ability to ignore high emotions, especially during time of stress". It's *The* *Box* - where you put your emotions until the emergency/crisis is past: they're still there, they're just rather separated for the moment.
It's intriguing to find insight about Ti in a Te video. I like you were able to distinguish that while Ti do see systems, they prioritize accuracy and optimization, and will only fix problems if it is truly necessary. I like this clear distinction. As a Te user, this is, of course, absurd to me. I don't wanna waste time optimizating something to the fullest when I had already set up a deadline that's necessary to accomplish first. 😅 I'm actually studying about Ti to get to know my Ti-dom friends. They have so much intricate knowledge filling in their heads and they use a lot of clauses like "it depends" during conversations in order to articulate those intellectual nuances. I'm also writing a character who's assigned as an INTP with cognitive functions completely different than my own, so a lot of mental gymnastics is required for this one. On a sidenote, I also like that you explained that just because someone is not a Te-user doesn't mean that they're doomed to be unable to complete tasks or whatever. I know a really healthy male ISFJ who's more diligent than me and gets a lot of stuff done. His Si-routine and Ti-optimization motivated by Fe-encouragement causes him to trailblaze through work and life. Could've fooled me thinking he's an ENTJ or something, but he's way too friendly and charismatic to be one.
I had to explain the difference between Te and Ti because my Ni wouldn't allow me not to be thorough. My ESFJ friend is one of the most accomplished people I know in the corporate world and his success is easily fueled by his Fe so I understand how you feel about your person ✊
Probably more because of the Fi informations they miss in part (more focus on others than they forgot themselves). Surely also because of their Fe. Their Ti is constantly here in the background. But yes Te dom, Fe dom, more likely to manipulate and to be manipulated when immature/unhealthy.
28:55 I spent 25 mins trying to come up with a witty way to say this, so I'll just settle for an interaction by stating, "Te Doms do indeed do too much."
Ohhh... another authentic INTJ, content creator, with unique & authentic content, made entirely with the brain ^^ 💙 I relate, it's not always easy to make a balanced script. Not wanting to make it too Ni Te, inserting the right amount of Fi Se, without fall into too much Se. I think INTJ are the best to understand & explain "MBTI" content.
My shining star is always, 'Would this content have been useful to Jon when he started learning about MBTI'. If the answer is yes, then it's worth a video 😄
@@friendlyanomaly6109 For me : they are not afraid to admit their mistakes, to show their vulnerabilities, weaknesses, how they are not perfect. They don't hide themselves behind a mask or surface personality, which manifest for example as : show themselves stronger than they are, people pleaser, lie. I guess it's easier to discern when someone is authentic or not when when are Ni dom. People operate in their not self when : _Thinking about things that don't matter _Pretending to be certain _Trying to attract attention _Feeling unworthy & undervalued _Fixated on finding love & direction _Avoiding confrontation & truth _Holding on to what isn't good for you _Not knowing when enough is enough _Always in a hurry to be free of the pressure
It's funny that this video came out because I was thinking about Te hours ago. There was an article talking about it. What it said, caused me to want to correct it as it drove me nuts and I ended up working on an article for how Te is really like, hahaha. Great video like always
30:23 literally had an ENTJ recently start his text with "All noses same way" which is the Dutch equivalent for "everyone on the same page". Great episode again 🥳
Bro, you are trully amazing. I watched many MBTI youtubers, but have never before stumbled upon such concise, rich and insightful explanations regarding cognitive functions. They resonate with me so much! Really good work ;) (coming from an INFJ's TI, which ususally is convinced I would do the job much better)
Happy to hear that Ti users are enjoying this video as well! It takes a lot of work to be concise but comments like this makes it all worth it in the end 😁
Yay new video! Also, I subbed. This is what I see from my old infp mom. Her Te is still weak but she is still exercising it everyday cuz of her job. She still gets into unhealthy Te sometimes but it’s improving.
Thank you for the sub! I can empathize with your situation having an INFP older sister. The best thing that I learned is not to correct her Te but instead to guide it. It made our relationship so much better as a result 😀
This was so helpful! I now have a better understanding of the conflict that led to the end of my relationship with my ISTP ex. Because he is Ti dom and I am a Te user (INTJ), I am trying to prevent issues from happening before the shit hits the fan, while he will wait for the train wreck to happen before he is willing to take action. So I jumped ship, out of the relationship, before the Titanic sank. From his point of view, I was being anxious over nothing and broke up with him out of the blue for "no reason". He is rooted in the present and I'm constantly projecting into the future. Ideally, we could have learned from each other and balanced each other out. I will keep this in mind in case I ever miraculously end up in another relationship.
@@justcallmejon22 yeah it is weird how the internal logic is so personal with INTP and INFJ, ISTP got a real handle on things with aux Se tho (and ESFJs infuriate me as they are so hard to get trough to(SiTi), yet so useful for social activities)
10:05 ..... Being a high Fi user i really can't understand the "since it's needs to be done i will do it" (although i am trying to incorporate that into me but.. still..) like Te dom don't really need the burning passion to get it done.. while Fi dom (at least I) need to recharge my passion battery every now and then...
@@justcallmejon22 😂 just like the need to do [whatever] can't win against my value meter... if my Fi don't allow it, logic and efficiency fails to assert otherwise
The thing about being able to ignore emotions during stress or work, this is so true, the problem to me accurs when im finally done with a big project or have nothing to study, i end up telling myself i wanna work out or study other stuff but i end up staying up late and getting back to some old habits untill im forced to work again. I just feel awful when im not being productive, and yet i cant help but become lazy cause mama te isnt аs strong, yet i feel awful because all of my feelings hit me in the face, i need a month before i can finally actually relax and "live life" and appreciate my fi values, sometimes i feel like a total robot and so do my loved ones, its so hard realising that im pushing everyone away and i cant control myself.
I worked for a company for 6 years and I only made one friend, she's an ESFP. She told me something that blew my mind and once I shifted my mindset to align with hers, it improved every aspect of my life. She told me that being social and getting to know my coworkers is part of the job. It's not extra work, and it's not going outside the scope of the role, being social IS the job. Work on yourself as much as you need but don't forget that making and fostering connections is part of being human. Make sure you prioritize being human. ✊ (and there's the Te aspect of it where you can outsource living life to the ones you trust because they'll most likely want to be active with you)
Funnily enough 7:05, an entp also does this. An entp wants nothing more than to shut up. We debate however (or outright dispute/disregard) when we pick up on substantiation problems. We measure a theory by how much we can dispute it. If we talk alot, you know very little. If we listen alot, you know alot. If everything we throw against it fails, it must be true. However, this makes the entp also hard to deal with, because when you’re not completely an expert on your field, he will just start reading you a lesson on your own field. He can be very good at playing an away game. At home in fact, he might be relatively worse, but away games is where he excels at. Now, there is one exception. We study human behavior. Ne Ti Fe does that. However, we do not study systems. We study concepts. Our bias is looking at the root cause, over fixing what is already in place. Generally, it is good to look at what causes the problem over fixing the symptoms, but sometimes, fixing the symptoms is just faster. Also, systems in general we dislike. Just anti-explorative rational.
Very interesting video bro! Thanks… I hope the TE dom’s will not come to correct you 😂… I am still glad to have NI dom in my first slot… can you one day maybe explain why INTJs are called triple mouvement types, triple pragmatic by Mbti groups like cs Joseph?
I want the Te doms to correct me if I'm spreading misinformation lol. I don't know much about CS Joseph and this typing system so I can't help there. All I know about him is that he's a fellow Seahawks fan, so we have that in common 😅
I'm pretty sure critical thinking in high Te users is directly connected to the preferred introverted function in their type. Te is an extroverted function so it will only collect the information and has to outsource processing it to a percieving function. 1st or 2nd position Ni means Si is in 7th or 8th position in the stack for the type and vice versa. High Ni typically is described as critical, flexible and independent, and high Si prefers to trust traditions and authority.
You're correct if we assume that cognitive functions itself can't operate without the help of other functions. We also have to assume based on your comment that each function is only influenced by a specific other function instead of the rest of the function stack. I'm not saying you're wrong because this is psychology which is difficult to 'prove' but I'm not saying it's 100% correct either. So...I agree 😂
"Forgive them" is the most annoying word my mom and dad say. Especially if you have to forgive without educating the person about their wrongdoings or not speak up at all, for the sake of "harmony". I door-slam them if they are immature, and won't admit that kind of person is unreliable.
Really appreciate the authenticity of your contents. You're among the real ones. We need more of you in the community. For the sake of other Intjs and ofcourse for the journey of self improvement. Looking forward to Intj female contents in the future. I have a suggestion @thelydshow @NikiYikes or @Alexis Kingsley if possible, I think it would be interesting to have them.
24:49 I wouldn't say "must be true, only because I have Ne on top, so I'm always saying "could be/possibly." And i would say the other stuff, questioning stuff. However all of the other stuff you said about low Te stuff aligns with me lol
16:43 now the interesting part is, -sometimes ti users are lazy -sometimes te users are bossy Ti users complain te users are claiming they are lazy, when they’re helping Te users complain ti users are claiming they are bossy, when they’re helping You see the interesting thing… so they’re both not necessarily wrong. They could be bossy and they could be lazy. The question however becomes ‘why’. If you start dialogue, and you allow for discourse, you probably will get understanding. However, some systems are anti-discourse. Idealistically, i would as high ti user tell my boss i really don’t care about the company, and would rather quit because i think it doesn’t engage me enough, but i also need food. If you probably allow me to do inefficient research you probably get way more out of me, but why don’t you? Well… Te Ti trust is very different than Fe Fi trust. Intellectual property theft is like cheating. Why wouldn’t you steal my idea, and why wouldn’t i quit as soon as i figured shit out. The only answer to these questions is feeling. Trust needs to engage with both logic and feeling before it is true.
I understand what you're saying about understanding the 'why' and both being lazy and bossy can be true.....but! Understanding why doesn't fix the problem. You can provide the best reason why you're taking a while to do something, but if we don't have any plates to eat on because the dishes haven't been cleaned, the why doesn't matter to the Te user 🙃
Lol economy guru lol It's not about their are actually rich or not. Shit happens ya know. Or some are too idealist. But an expert will know and spread insights that only few know. N those fake gurus only know the general tips anyone can google too. Tbh yeah 90% are meh. Also I love how we see Te the same way bruh. Love this video.
It's interesting to me that most people are unaware that being a "guru" is a profitable industry hence why there are so many videos from people claiming they know how to '10x your income' or 'grow your channel 10x in 2 weeks'. It's all clickbait to me but I'm sure there are some gems hidden in there somewhere 🙃

I agree with low feeling function being loyal my enneagram 4 crash my cognitve function fe and fi. I understand fi well as a four for fi but still hardly manage to express feelings. It would be a different story for me. So, for istp case se parent also hard working same as te but we are much more energetic and having alcoholic affect toward us. Not bady comparison.
@justcallmejon22 so while I was researching enneagram, I found out some of the istp have higher fi than fe because of enneagram 4. I mean, you know that istp have a hard time communicating, so this is how I feel.
So for the se function is similar to te very active worker but we are more prone to joy sometimes you might find us drunk and also at the same time ambitionless.
Stop to read these sources, and think/judge by yourself, do your own observations & experiences. (sorry to be so direct, I just accomplish my role to correct the wrong informations) It is more related to Enneagram, past experiences, than MBTI. Even in this topic of Enneagram : there is bullshit informations in books too. No function is more "Narcissistic" of another. The biggest "bullshit" I read in a book : in "Character and neurosis an integrative view, 1994, by Claudio Naranjo" (About Enneagram) The Enneagram 7 : Narcissist personality, associated with INTJ. Which created a lot of misconceptions & problems about INTJ on Internet. (according to another Gifted INTJ online friend) I rarely or never use books or informations find elsewhere. I always verify by using functions. It is also incompatible with the other knowledge. For example : INTJ ENTJ are more likely to be Gifted and/or Asperger and/or ADHD than Narcissistic (Personality disorder), it is incompatible, and in opposition. It's always a back a forth between all functions, to get closer to the "truth", or rather on what it is the most probable, or accurate. Don't trust the outside informations, think by yourself ^^ [An INTJ fed-up & frustrated to see wrong informations, and who feel responsible to correct them]
You are one in the minority of Mbti content producers on RUclips, who are actually accurate and thorough enough in detail what they say and are trying to convey in their content. You place extra care on your words about what you say and how you say it, to get your facts right. I don't have much, if anything, to critique in your content in general. I've known about Mbti and Jung's work over a decade and studied quite a lot of it. Like you said in another video, it highly bothers me as well when people take Mbti stereotypes and then present it as the only truth about the type, or worse, exaggerate the stereotype and then present it as the only truth. Sometimes it even resembles the straw man or reductio ad absurdum arguments in a sense how some types are presented; distorting the picture of a type out of proportions and then attacking the exaggeration, in an effort to make the type look ridiculous. I find that very repulsive, since there is something unique in every person and every type, and there is no need for such opposition in Mbti community. Presenting the stereotype as the only truth is incomplete and untrue; it is telling a one story and making it the only story. I think it is something Myers or Jung never intended themselves. It is always to remember, that type descriptions are more or less vague and do contain gradation and variability in a scale of how the type manifests in a personality. Also there are areas in human psyche which Mbti do not cover, so we are talking about only the areas of cognitive preferences which Mbti do cover - interestingly researched by Dr. Dario Nardi with his Pilot study, described in Neuroscience of Personality. That really should have a follow up, hopefully one day to replicate the results. The only thing I wanted to say about this video, is that systems thinking, or critical thinking skills, is not only for high Te-users. To be clear, you didn't say it was (!) - This is only for other viewers of the video for clarification. I think it is crucial for anyone and everyone to learn critical thinking skills, to a degree it is possible. Also, I'd say Ni-dom is always more or less a systems thinker; the exact reasons you gave on another video about Ni-doms. Everything you described on Ni-doms was very accurate on the other video, and the downside of inferior Se. I couldn't have said it better myself. I appreciated it as INFJ myself. INFJ's system may be more holistic than INTJs, but in general it is good to be aware of the gradation or the subset of type differences. A subset of INFJs will always think if something make logical sense before acting or doing anything, and follow and spot inconsistencies in someone else's speech or presentation. INFJ can be as obsessed with efficiency as INTJ, the only difference being that INFJ won't be as much fixed solving problems in real time as INTJ is. What I have observed so far is that at least a subset of Feelers will do their extensive research on a topic and learn critical thinking skills. They won't claim anything unless they know it to their bones what they are saying or won't resort to argumentation errors, any more or less than thinkers do. Also; when it comes to problem solving, a subset, or some individuals of Feelers, will not wait until the moment they "feel about it" to fix it. But I can agree that it is the sense of urgency which is the difference in that characterizes Te-doms and -aux users to others in this area. * * * You are very in touch with your Fi values and you are clearly very honest, and only care about what is true. It is clearly seen in your videos and just saying it's highly appreciated. Developing tertiary really sharp actually opens up another level to a person and adds lot more depth, and sometimes a whole new chapter to anything they do. Unfortunately I can't say the same on all who producing Mbti content - some have it, some don't, but one can clearly tell the difference.
Thank you, for your insights and kind words! I agree that the Myers family and Jung never intended for this information to 'box' people into a certain stereotype. Everyone is unique and that's the beauty of MBTI in my opinion, that even with all our uniqueness, there are still ways in which we are connected to another human being, by nature. It's a beautiful thought that we're all connected not only in a physiological sense, but also in a mental sense 😁
Bro you're tweakin, idk where you heard the ""misconceptions"" to begin with. I don't think anyone ever say Ti can't follow a schedule. Schedule stuff is introverted perceiving function stuff (Ni or Si). ENFJ is Ti user but very schedule-y cuz high Ni. "Te is selfish because there's Fi" And you think Ti isn't selfish?? Have you ever met or even just analyze popular Ti users before? All introverted judging functions govern sense of self and all extroverted judging functions govern sense of community. Honestly, I think you're just trying too hard to glaze intj stereotype in this particular vid (love your other vids tho).

I feel like it's okay making mistakes as long as you're able to learn from them and figure out how not to fall for it again 😁
So true that Te doms give advice first, ask what are they giving advice for second.
As usual, Jon, you nailed it with this one. Thanks for making us feel seen!
I got you ✊
"... we have the ability to ignore high emotions, especially during time of stress".
Well said. A day where nothing needs to be done or when it's "for relaxing", it feels terrible to not be productive or busy on something. It makes one restless, feel useless and with the urge to look for anything else. It's sad that I feel better at work where shit can be done, than when I am at home for cooldown.
An ISFP friend of mine once thought I was crazy when I told her that a world without problems to fix would feel like Hell to me 😅
24:00 low ne users do this as well, but when using maps.
One of our super powers for sure ✊
It's intriguing to find insight about Ti in a Te video. I like you were able to distinguish that while Ti do see systems, they prioritize accuracy and optimization, and will only fix problems if it is truly necessary. I like this clear distinction.
As a Te user, this is, of course, absurd to me. I don't wanna waste time optimizating something to the fullest when I had already set up a deadline that's necessary to accomplish first. 😅
I'm actually studying about Ti to get to know my Ti-dom friends.
I have noticed some Te users can get manipulated because they lack Ti.
That’s so true about low Fi people have told I’m one of the most loyal types
Probably more because of the Fi informations they miss in part (more focus on others than they forgot themselves). Surely also because of their Fe.
Their Ti is constantly here in the background. But yes Te dom, Fe dom, more likely to manipulate and to be manipulated when immature/unhealthy.
28:55 I spent 25 mins trying to come up with a witty way to say this, so I'll just settle for an interaction by stating, "Te Doms do indeed do too much."
I'm sure this will still be one of the highest rated comments, you have a knack with that 😅
Ohhh... another authentic INTJ, content creator, with unique & authentic content, made entirely with the brain ^^ 💙
I relate, it's not always easy to make a balanced script.
How do you know someone else is being authentic?
@@friendlyanomaly6109 For me : they are not afraid to admit their mistakes, to show their vulnerabilities, weaknesses, how they are not perfect.
They don't hide themselves behind a mask or surface personality, which manifest for example as : show themselves stronger than they are, people pleaser, lie.
I guess it's easier to discern when someone is authentic or not when when are Ni dom.
People operate in their not self when :
_Thinking about things that don't matter
_Pretending to be certain
_Trying to attract attention
_Feeling unworthy & undervalued
_Fixated on finding love & direction
_Avoiding confrontation & truth
_Holding on to what isn't good for you
_Not knowing when enough is enough
_Always in a hurry to be free of the pressure
Thank GOD reddit recommended you
I made my way to reddit?! 🎊
It's funny that this video came out because I was thinking about Te hours ago. There was an article talking about it. What it said, caused me to want to correct it as it drove me nuts and I ended up working on an article for how Te is really like, hahaha. Great video like always
One of the strongest thing a high Thinking user can do is allow people to live in ignorance. It's annoying, but it's not our problem to fix ✊
@@justcallmejon22 You're right. I should live and let live. Thanks for that. I'm going to be keeping that in mind for now on
30:23 literally had an ENTJ recently start his text with "All noses same way" which is the Dutch equivalent for "everyone on the same page". Great episode again 🥳
ENTJs are the easiest and most straightforward friends 😅
Bro, you are trully amazing. I watched many MBTI youtubers, but have never before stumbled upon such concise, rich and insightful explanations regarding cognitive functions. They resonate with me so much! Really good work ;) (coming from an INFJ's TI, which ususally is convinced I would do the job much better)
Happy to hear that Ti users are enjoying this video as well! It takes a lot of work to be concise but comments like this makes it all worth it in the end 😁
Fantastic video Jon. I'm an ISFP and it definitely made sense to me.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Yay new video!
Sad to hear that it didn't work out but it sounds like it was for the best. I hope the best for you in your next relationship ✊
Thanks, this was very interesting since I have been pondering how Te and Ti differ and how they manifest. (INTJ with overly bossy mama Te)
Ti will always be somewhat of a mystery to me 😅
@@justcallmejon22 yeah it is weird how the internal logic is so personal with INTP and INFJ, ISTP got a real handle on things with aux Se tho (and ESFJs infuriate me as they are so hard to get trough to(SiTi), yet so useful for social activities)
@@godKiller.369
You reminded me of a girl who said that it is weird to have a dick. Funny thing to say.
True? Nah.
I would like to say that as an INTJ who Fi-values running... a half marathon is ENOUGH! 😅
Same. I did a half marathon once and that was more than enough running for a lifetime 😂
Great explanation of the difference between Te and Ti!
Should've seen what I removed from the video about Ti 😅
@@justcallmejon22 I'm so curious what you cut out! 😂
Incredibly helpful video, man. Thank you for all the effort you put into it!
Glad to hear that it was helpful ✊
Nice video , good script , easy to understand ❤❤❤
Thank you Nephew 🙏
Can you please explain Te polar vs Te inferior in isfj and infp?
I'm not sure if I'm the most qualified person to make that video 😥
Excellent work Jon 👏
Thank you 🙏
10:05 ..... Being a high Fi user i really can't understand the "since it's needs to be done i will do it" (although i am trying to incorporate that into me but.. still..) like Te dom don't really need the burning passion to get it done.. while Fi dom (at least I) need to recharge my passion battery every now and then...
It's a love/hate relationship with Te. She's always pressuring an INTJ to do more even when we don't want to but we can't argue against the results 😂
✊ (and there's the Te aspect of it where you can outsource living life to the ones you trust because they'll most likely want to be active with you)
thank you, i needed that, i'll try changing my mindset@@justcallmejon22

0:07 So relatable!
I'm Te secondary and I work even on vacations 🤣
"Forgive them" is the most annoying word my mom and dad say. Especially if you have to forgive without educating the person about their wrongdoings or not speak up at all, for the sake of "harmony". I door-slam them if they are immature, and won't admit that kind of person is unreliable.
Trust me, I understand that sentiment completely ✊
Really appreciate the authenticity of your contents. You're among the real ones.
We need more of you in the community.
For the sake of other Intjs and ofcourse for the journey of self improvement.
Looking forward to Intj female contents in the future. I have a suggestion @thelydshow @NikiYikes or @Alexis Kingsley if possible,
I think it would be interesting to have them.
24:49 I wouldn't say "must be true, only because I have Ne on top, so I'm always saying "could be/possibly." And i would say the other stuff, questioning stuff. However all of the other stuff you said about low Te stuff aligns with me lol
I'm talking smack about 4 types at once so I had to generalize a little 😅
😂
One te dom says te doms recharges correcting errors, so it could be acurrate, but non a bad thing, atleast while not taking someone in a grip
I actually enjoy doing it too sometimes 😅

Dude, I love your videos. ISTJ here. Sorry to say this, but... Your luxaflex is crooked. It's all I see. 🤣 Excellent video tho. Nice to watch. 😁
You're going to hate this but I don't have a leveler or anything similar when I put something up because I'm okay with things being crooked 😅
@@justcallmejon22 Don't worry about it. I was just being overly detail oriented. It's an automatic process. 🤣
16:43 now the interesting part is,
-sometimes ti users are lazy
-sometimes te users are bossy
Ti users complain te users are claiming they are lazy, when they’re helping
Te users complain ti users are claiming they are bossy, when they’re helping
You see the interesting thing… so they’re both not necessarily wrong.
I always refer to Te as "the game of life"
That's a fitting description 😂

It's been 8 days so I hope you finished your homework by now 😅

It's not about their are actually rich or not.

I want to provide a thought-out comment but I'm going to be honest and let you know that I have no idea what you're saying in this comment 😅
9:14 relate to this
All day 😁
I read somewhere that Te and Fi are very narcissistic functions. ESTJ, ENTJ, and INTJ have higher rates of narcissism compared to other MBTI types
Stop to read these sources, and think/judge by yourself, do your own observations & experiences.
(sorry to be so direct, I just accomplish my role to correct the wrong informations)
It is more related to Enneagram, past experiences, than MBTI. Even in this topic of Enneagram : there is bullshit informations in books too.
No function is more "Narcissistic" of another.
The biggest "bullshit" I read in a book : in "Character and neurosis an integrative view, 1994, by Claudio Naranjo" (About Enneagram)
The Enneagram 7 : Narcissist personality, associated with INTJ. Which created a lot of misconceptions & problems about INTJ on Internet.
(according to another Gifted INTJ online friend)
I rarely or never use books or informations find elsewhere.
Don't trust the outside informations, think by yourself ^^
[An INTJ fed-up & frustrated to see wrong informations, and who feel responsible to correct them]
You are one in the minority of Mbti content producers on RUclips, who are actually accurate and thorough enough in detail what they say and are trying to convey in their content.
* * *
You are very in touch with your Fi values and you are clearly very honest, and only care about what is true.
Te doms make think of Germans😅😅😅😅dunno why
I don't know many German's but I'm sure they'll take it as a compliment 😅
Bro you're tweakin, idk where you heard the ""misconceptions"" to begin with. I don't think anyone ever say Ti can't follow a schedule. Schedule stuff is introverted perceiving function stuff (Ni or Si). ENFJ is Ti user but very schedule-y cuz high Ni.
"Te is selfish because there's Fi"
And you think Ti isn't selfish?? Have you ever met or even just analyze popular Ti users before?
All introverted judging functions govern sense of self and all extroverted judging functions govern sense of community.
Honestly, I think you're just trying too hard to glaze intj stereotype in this particular vid (love your other vids tho).
