    Just bought one but tried to zero at 100 yards and the target is just a blur. ?

      Here's a few easy pointers to try if you've not done so already.
      1. Pick a day and time when the weather and light conditions are optimal. ie Clear, bright daylight (with no wind).
      2. Set the dioptre (it’s around the eye-piece) for your eyes. The on-screen menu info should be clear.
      3. Zoom out to the lowest mag (x3.5). Although for zeroing, the picture in picture window can be really useful.
      4. When new, the focus dial (where the most grip exists) might take time to get used to. Rule out problems by testing it at close ranges before trying longer ranges.
      The C50 sensor has 1928x1088 pixels (and the view finder 1024x768). That’s a lot of digital information to create a clear image. While it won’t be quite be the same experience as glass, the C50 comes into it’s own with it’s round- the-clock capability.
      This video might also help: ruclips.net/video/sc0y-JS-DPE/видео.html
      If you need assistance with any of the above speak to your retailer or get in touch with support@thomasjacks.co.uk.
      Good luck!

    Don't known what I'm doing wrong but I can't see anything past about 60m at night. The IR light seems to be crap. I Have it on night and black and white. Is there another setting maybe?

    • @thomasjacksltd
      @thomasjacksltd  8 месяцев назад

      The usable range on the included IR should be up up to around 200yds by tightening the beam focus. But if you are routinely going above 100yds at night consider investing in a better long range IR.

      Here's a quick guide for night time use:
      1. Switch your C50 to Night Mode (Select Moon on the ring in front of the focus)
      2. Switch the screen to B&W (short tap on the power button)
      3. Turn on the IR illuminator (button at the back - with supplied APS2 fully charged)
      4. Focus on something 50yds+ and check if the alignment of the illuminator. (Adjust by loosening the ring on the illuminator and manipulating the lens alignment while looking through your C50)
      5. If necessary adjust the intensity of the illuminator (dial near the back of the illuminator).
      BTW - DONT LOOK DIRECTLY DOWN THE IR LENS. IT IS A VERY BRIGHT LIGHT BUT YOU'LL STRUGGLE TO NOTICE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A DIM RED GLOW BECAUSE OF THE FREQUENCY OF LIGHT.
      I hope this helps. @@geraldbmullen4386

    Hi, How long does the internal battery take to charge?

    • @thomasjacksltd
      @thomasjacksltd  2 года назад

      Here's some info on Pulsar Batteries: www.pulsar-nv.com/glo/products/33/accessories/aps-battery-packs/
      From fully discharged the external 2Ah battery should take about 2.5hrs, the internal 4.9Ah battery around 4 to 5hrs.
      Generally you'll be topping up, so it'll be a lot quicker but you will get more out of your battery if you do occasionally charge it from fully discharged.
      Also use the accessories provided (rather than a computer USB) and it'll be quicker.

    how does one dial for elevation and windage?

    • @thomasjacksltd
      @thomasjacksltd  Год назад

      Unlike a traditional scope all Pulsar rifle scopes allow you to set a different zero for multiple ranges.
      There are ten reticles to choose from including a number of mildot options (See the Reticles Catalogue at the bottom of this weblink:
      www.pulsar-nv.com/glo/products/33/night-vision-riflescopes/pulsar-digex-c/ )
      And you can use the zeroing function to adjust for windage and elevation.

      @@thomasjacksltd thanks for the response. How would one who has targets at let's say 400 meters, then 700 meters then 900m dial for those if it's all internal?

    • @thomasjacksltd
      @thomasjacksltd  Год назад

      You can save up 10 different ranges against 5 different profiles for different rifles or types of ammunition.
      It's really easy to set up (and there's lots of videos on how to zero a Pulsar rifle scope - they're all the same process)
      Once you've saved two or more zeroing ranges (eg 400m, 700m & 900m) those options become accessible on your quick menu , so within seconds / a few button clicks you can automatically reposition your reticle, zeroing your rifle for your chosen range.

    You lost me on the 10 hours battery life, Please explain how you can justify that? I had a Digex N450, 4 hours is more realistic with the screen brightness turned down. On the other hand the battery would last weeks.....if you never turned it on.

    • @thomasjacksltd
      @thomasjacksltd  2 года назад

      Both models come with a in-built battery, as well as a removable one but the C50's internal battery is 4.9Ah compared to the N450's 3.2Ah. In addition the electronics platform has been redesigned to drain less power. So a combination of these results in a much greater runtime.
