Bc assessment is not about accurate reflection on V.I. land prices. Check actual listing. It's about one hundred thousand more than he says it is.

I wouldn't call any of these places cities, other than maybe Duncan.
You don't show WHERE any of these communities are on the island, you don't show much of the communities, you don't give an idea of typical listings or quality of homes in the area, you don't give any information on services available in the area... in fact you don't say much of anything. I stopped watching your vid less than 2 mins in.
Just stay away from V.Island you save the most.
