  • Highlights of our recent weekend trip to Quartzsite, Arizona and check out the Hi-Jolly Campground north of town. This is one of the no-fee BLM areas near town that is popular during the Rock and Mineral show and other activities in January and February. There is a lot of room to spread out here, however - during peak season it can fill up! There's more room up north of here at Plomosa Rd to the north.
    Enjoy,

    I'm just bold over by your video particularly because of your interaction with each other. The reason for me is that my sister and her husband quarrel pretty much continuously throughout the day everyday. They can't seem to help themselves. You all on the other hand have such a loving, positive and cooperative relationship it seems. It's just so lovely and you deserve someone to tell what good people you are.

      There’s a dump station just south east of town in the La Posa LTVA area, there’s also a couple of RV parks etc in town w/ dumps, water fill, propane and more. (For a fee) La Posa dump is free - paid for with the public fee.

    There's quite a few FREE 14 day camp. Also, when I took my trash to the dump just south of Hi Jolly, I wasn't charged a fee. I even asked 😀 . Be very careful of idiots shooting in the day only area from Hi Jolly. Some guy was shooting an automatic weapon. It ricocheted off the rocks near my camp. Stay safe

    Hi Jolly was the best kept secret. We’ve been there and La Posa South…..both have their perks. We will be pulling in mid December and staying for Christmas. We just love Quartzite and have met some really cool and loving Christian brothers and sisters. The Lord orchestrated our whole trip last year and made life long friends.

    PS. A very helpful video. I spent a month at Dome Rock in January 2022. I didn't know about all of the other options and facilities. My next trip will be much better now that you've helped me. If anyone is there in January be sure to check out the free HOWA RTR at the Quartzsite baseball field. Lots to see and enjoy.

      @@HolidayForTwo42 I stayed on plomosa 4-5 different times over the winter, then I'd use the RV pit stop to dump and re-fill water and propane. Better than the LTVA, and when I'd want a change of scenery I'd go to RV parks in Bouse, Ehrenberg or Parker strip. Get tired of those and back to Plomosa lol

    $180.00 in 2021 from Sept 15th to April 15th dump, water, garbage. Some mobile RV service and even waste water was about $50.00 also they will come buy and wash your RV, there is one on the west side of hwy 95 long term, but they don't have a dump.

      Wow, he’s a big cat 🐈 ! If he’s used to going along camping with you - he should be fine! I’ve seen folks with cats and dogs out there (and other critters too) now, if it’s his first time - I’d recommend getting a kennel or something like that to keep him safe too and lots of fresh water to keep him hydrated- some cats travel better than others (or dogs even lol!)

    • @larryjanson4011
      @larryjanson4011 10 месяцев назад +1

      but to use a drone, you must pay a tax to register with the faa, get a permit from the faa (another tax+ $chool), and obey all the flight rules just like a real aircraft. and any added state laws, and local reg.
      if caught not doing such. a big fine, and in some cases jail time.
      O and the tracking, were everybody know's your name and were you are at, so they can show up and harass you. or worse. (yes some have been attacked).
