At work, I'd purposely avoid the clock as much as possible to help pass the time while performing. Anytime someone said something like "Ahhh, just 7 more hours and we're out of here!" I'd hate it, because in a sense, it's slowing down time. Or at least, my perception of time. Try it yourself. Avoid the clock as much as possible when working.
So depends on what work ur doing, if ur at a job you don’t like definitely not, but it helps you from driftingIf its what your passionate about you definitely should to keep you on track. I wouldn’t be able to do as much as I do in the day without doing it cause you can drag out a task for 3 hours when it should take 30 mins
