God bless you 🥺😩😭😭 someone that finally lists the type of Glutenfree flour. Instead of just typing gf flour like there isn’t over 20 types of grains and blends ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I tried the cabbage version today and wow I definitely admire how effortless you made this look! For people looking to make this, I would recommend lining your dough-making workplace with parchment paper because using too much rice flour to avoid sticking can cause cracks. I would also immediately put in filling and seal your dumplings once you have it ready as the dough does dry out fast and won’t easily stick together otherwise. Finally, if you pan fry them, don’t do it for too long as the dough can easily get hard and get crispy in a way you might not like.
I have been using this recipe for the last 2 years. Its awesome. I’m not vegan (celiac) so I use it to use up left over meat and veggies from other meals. My absolute favorite!
My parents are pro dumpling/wonton makers and I grew up eating their homemade ones! They've been able to make regular vegan ones over the past 8 years, but I haven't been able to eat any since I went gluten-free a couple years ago. T_T So I am SUPER stoked about your gluten-free wrapper recipe, and will def be giving that to my parents! THANK YOU
Depending on where you are, Walmart actually has gluten free potstickers in the frozen section sometimes! The brand is feel good foods I think, they're really good
My family and I used to eat dumplings every week, but after going gluten free, we've struggled to find a good recipe for years now, and this one is amazing! The texture is really nice and the dough is easy to work with. Thank you for this great video!
THIS IS NOT A DRILL, MY GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDS! This is the video for youuuu and I really hope you enjoy these dumplings!! Let me know what other gluten-free recipes you'd like to see. Leave a comment! ❤️Thanks for all your support and please don't forget to subscribe! It really helps me out 😘
Hi I find your recipe delicious, and will definetly try it. But I have a question, since I don't have any tapioca starch is it okay to substitute with cornstarch?
I made this with corn starch/flour instead of rice, and potato flour instad of tapioka, it came out perfectly! Gluten free flour for baking as a substitute for the rice flour made wrappers good for samosa, it tasted more bread-y. Or just go to a place that actually sells rice flour, which I will do next time, unless covid forbids me.
I was looking for recipes like this because I love cooking for my mom and she can't eat a lot of things due to health problems, this solved that 💖 thank you so much
I have just made these! (well i actually used some meat in the filling too, but other than that) the dough is great! I rolled them between 2 sheets of parchment paper because it was hard to keep it from sticking to my rolling pin. thanks so much =)
Finally something I could eat. Too bd I can't cook 😭 I love asian cousine but I'm alergic to milk and gluten. I will try this one and miserably fail. Thank you ❤️
I made this today, very finicky since I have no proper steamer so I used a noodle strainer over boiling water, but it's really tasty. Thanks for the recipe! Haven't eaten dumplings for years because of my gluten problem. :)
Ok I seriously celebrated when you said gluten free and vegan. And although you made the rice wrapper look easy I just know you exceeded my skill level 🤣🤣
Thanks for this recipe. I’m looking forward to making these soon, I’m making Chinese dinner for Xmas this year, and want to include these dumplings. For the dough you added oil, what type of oil is best? Thanks for your time.
Hi. This is a great recipe, stoked to try it. Just wanted to ask if I can substitute tapioca starch with something else, because where I live its not readily available and it also a bit in the costlier side.
Before I knew I was celiac I would eat frozen pot stickers and fry them straight from freezer, then add a little water and fry them off until water evaporates and they are cooked. Can you do it this way instead of using a steamer first??
Thanks for this! My mom is gluten free and it’s hard to cook for her sometimes (which makes both of us sad). How long can I keep the wrappers in the fridge if I’m not cooking them immediately
I only saw yet the first 33 seconds of your video and I am writing already this comment, I usually don't write comments XD First i think you will save me with these GF Vegan Dumpling Recipe THANK YOU!!!!! and you are so funny, I feel like I see myself in you of how excited I get about food and supermarkets.
I learned only recently that certain soy sauce brands, contain gluten. 😱 Thankfully for me, I ‘only’ have a light intolerance and not celiac disease. 😣 Thank you for this easy and refreshing recipe. I’m going to refer to this video to make my wrappers, until I remember it all by heart. 😋 Question: Does it have to be tapioca starch, or can I use corn starch? Thanks for the help! Stay safe and gluten free. 👍
Thanks for this recipe I have already tried it out. I had to ad more water the 2/3 was nowhere near enough. also I cooked them instead of steaming than fried them. Can I keep the dough in the fridge for next day if I wrap them in to gladwrap? Anyway I did that will fined out tomorrow
What model of Ninja blender is that (and the wattage)? The recipes look good...will be making soon. Having a gluten sensitivity, these vegan goodies are fantastic.
It shouldn't be any problem to do so, I freezes homemade bread many times. my men hobby is to eat, so i don't usually have left overs to out in the freezer.

Made gluten free version & perogies, my boys went crazy for it. Made the filling with potatoes & vegan grounds. Easy & quick!
I use a tortilla press for my GF gyoza wrappers. Much faster than a rolling pin and they come out almost perfectly circular.
The fun way of presenting and the genuinely useful tips make it a perfect video! Way to go! 😀👍
Beautifully done. Go Liz
Wow, what an amazing video; vegan, gluten-free, perfect instructions and videography, awesome personality. 10/10!

If I can't find tapioca starch, can I use corn starch? Heeelppp, I'm dying for some dumplings!
It should work, I usually use arrowroot starch too, can you find it near you?
I buy mine at our local grocery store where the regular flour is located. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I have not found tapioca starch, but used cassava flour, from the same plant, but more fibrous, so a bit stiffer, but it worked.
I love her personality. New sub 😁
What can I use instead of tapioca starch?
Look wonderful!
1st street fried wontons
2nd wontons are Pesto wontons
